Very great location and close to everything! New rooms and clean

Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable, views were spectacular. Nice to have breakfast included. Great location to walk around and check out the shops and go out for a bite to eat.

The bedsheets smelled like they were not changed on our first night. We couldn’t sleep our first night. It needs more cleanliness. The hotel needs more maintenance. But breakfast was good.

We enjoyed the steak and spaghetti dinner in the dinning room. Home made pasta! Steak cooked perfectly! Bottles of wine are a pretty good price. Staff were very friendly! Cleaner did a great job daily. Food at bar restaurant is ok…. The beef Roulade was terrible, they should remove it from the menu.

We enjoyed our stay. One thing we were surprised by is the half-frosted glass wall (lower portion frosted) between the bathroom and bedroom. Not very private - even though it's frosted, if you don't know your roommate - you'll see them in a whole different light.

Chuveiro nao funcionava bem e toalha muito pequena e velha. Fora isso, foi tudo otimo!

Many aspects of this hotel are wonderful, the location, the facilities, the rooms, the staff etc……however the great downfall is the sound insulation both internally and externally. The minimalistic, concrete lined rooms are excellent, but be prepared to listen to your neighbours conversations. The external music from the bars and restaurants is very loud and continues to midnight. One side of the hotel is much quieter so I’d ask for a room looking away from the town centre. Overall, very good…..it was just the noise which impacted my stay.

Todo muy bien, el equipo del hotel muy amable. El servicio de sauna y jacuzzi fenomenal y el gimnasio muy completo. Cómo mejora, pondría un cristal de ducha más grande (se sale al agua al ducharse) y las paredes que están junto a la banqueta donde sale pone la maleta, protegerla, ya que está rozada por las maletas.

Room was clean with a good view. Good service at the pool bar and reasonable prices.

The hotel was convenient to dining. It was several blocks off the Main Street, which was nice. Make sure to watch the sunset from the top floor!

A localização é muito conveniente para quem quer estar no centro de Puerto Iguazú, sem necessidade de táxi. O ambiente parece moderno, mas o atendimento é muito precário, e a manutenção do hotel deixa muito a desejar. O hotel não mostra nenhuma flexibilidade quanto ao horário de checkin ou de checkout, que é às 10h da manhã! Embora o quarto seja grande e bem decorado, cama é desconfortável, e as toalhas são de péssima qualidade. Já cães morando na recepção de forma permanente. E a possibilidade de se conseguir uma vaga para uso da hidromassagem do SPA é quase nula. O ambiente de lazer do rooftop é extremamente mal conservado.

I would highly recommend O2. The location is only steps to the Centre of town. Wonderful view from the top of the hotel. There is a small gym, but sufficient for my stay. There is a restaurant on the ground floor that has breakfast and dinner.

I loved the interior decor in the room. I could see the history highlighted through the furniture and artwork. The food on site was delicious, and the staff speak English! It is close to Iguazu Falls, and from the rooftop, you can see Paraguay and Brazil.
