Per un mio problema di conoscenza linguistica la comunicazione non è stata eccellente ma con la tecnologia ce la siamo cavata comunque. Un piccolo problemino iniziale ma oi risolto anche grazie ala disponibilità dei proprietari. Struttura in ottima posizione, dotata dell'essenziale per un soggiorno autonomo.

This property had a balcony which access was locked and to we needed to climb through the window to enjoy the view over the main street. No information about parking provided and we had no choice but to park on the main road (paid option) No warm water ruined the experience completely. Absolute waste of money - will be better off sleeping in the car

DO NOT BOOK, UNSAFE ACCOMMODATION WITH AGRESSIVE HOST. My partner and I had booked a weekend trip in Katowice and booked as the price was quite good, but it was a terrible decision. The room was disgusting (unclean), in poor condition, and the host was extremely agressive. I have never felt so unsafe in an accommodation. No information for check-in and no front desk. When I called, the host did not speak English. At check-in, the host asked many intrusive questions and looked into our grocery bag, making a comment about the 4 pack of beer. Already didn’t feel safe in the room or leaving my belongings there (especially my passport). The room was in poor condition and not cleaned. There was opened food in the fridge, the floor was disgusting with dirt and clearly had not been mopped, and there were long hairs in the shower, on the bathroom floor, and in the bathroom sink. There was also only one towel for two people. The shower had the hot/cold backwards so I burned myself showering, and the shower did not drain properly. In the morning we called the host, he came up and was very aggressive to us, and called the police after we showed him the issues, saying we threatened him. The police recognized he was lying and said he could be fined for it. They made him give us our deposit back then escorted us out. On our way out, he told us to remember that he had our address and details, as if to threaten us. WORST TRAVEL ACCOMMODATION EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
