Nice place very helpful people enjoyed my stay

We booked two hotel rooms for Nov. 24th through Hotels.com. We were supposed to pay at the hotel on 24th and could cancel till 23rd. As soon as I booked, I got a call from Prasanna (whose phone no. is on hotel info) and he insisted that we pay right away or he will cancel our reservation. I told him that it is illigal and unethical and that I would complain to Hotels.com. He asked me to complain. I ended up paying him as we wanted the room. Hotel manager, Mr. Tyagaraj was unfriendly. Hotel room was lousy and old. Commode tank was leaking and sheets were not clean. We could hear the loud horns of vehicles till 1AM. So, could not sleep well. I WILL NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL AGAIN. It is a lodge... Not a hotel as they say in their website.
