Excellent stay

la chambre est propre et le personnel tres gentil. par contre si vous êtes français évitez le buffet, cest infame, tout est industriel et caoutchouteux. les anglais sen moquent, ils ne connaissent pas la gastronomie, mais même le snack le plus mauvais de votre ville sera meilleure que leur buffet. petit dej repas du midi ou du soir, franchement 0 pointé même s'il y a énormement de choix. Le spa est payant et bien équipé mais l'eau est trop froide . les masseuses sont géniales. également l'insonorisation des chambres à revoir !

Perfect location right on the strip. Despite this the rooms were quiet . Best hotel ive stayed in Benidorm and ive stayed in a few. Excellent staff . I can't fault the hotel . If you want to be in the lively area then stay here. Buffet food to a high standard . Select pool view

Stayed a couple of times now. Modern, clean, right on the strip. Staff were all superb and friendly. Food was brilliant too! Will definitely be back again! Book the spa early into your trip!

Lovely hotel great location food was excellent

Ha sido mi segunda visita a Benidorm y he vuelto a elegir este hotel. Está bien ubicado, tiene un buen servicio de comidas y todo está muy limpio y en buen estado. La única pega que le pondría es que en los desayunos no haya servicio de cafetería, aunque hubiera que pagar los cafés. Los de las máquinas autoservicio que tienen no llegan a estar del todo buenos.

Lovely hotel

Besøkte hotellet i januar 2024. Dette hotellet egner seg da bare for engelske pensjonister. Ingen dyne, kun et laken og noen tepper av tvilsom kvalitet. Elendig frokost, uten grønnsaker, og med juice som minnet mer om saft du gir til barn. Merkelig lukt i rommet som kan komme av at gjester har tatt en sigarett eller to på balkongen. Hotellet adde en raring på 9,6 men levde på ingen måte opp til forventningene.

Great hotel, perfectly located and clean . 3 rd time at this hotel.

My husband and I both enjoyed our stay in the Ambassador II. We had a room overlooking the pool on the first floor. There was noise from the bars across the road but it was fine with the balcony doors closed. Good food in the buffet at night and we enjoyed the entertainment in the bars.

Not one meal was warm.quality of food very good.but if it was hot it would have been palatable.
