Check-in took a long time. Even though I informed of my arrival time in advance, it didn’t help, and although communication through WhatsApp was smooth at first, there was no response when I was waiting. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned, and there were residues inside, so I had to clean it myself before using it and before even being able to sit down.

No one was there to greet us. We arrived at 8.30 at night. If one of the guests had not to help us, we would be on the street. We did not even receive an apology from the owner. The sink was clogged, shower to small to enter, drain of shower clogged. Tiles are broken.

Knap så god, der var tag selv service ift. morgenmad, hvilket ikke var særlig lækkert. Køkkenet var åbent til alle, og brugte service stod der længe, hvilket tiltræk fluer. Beliggenheden var rigtig fint, tæt på mange steder og hyggelig område.

This was the cutest and coziest place I’ve ever stayed. During our trip to Spain, we stayed at four different hotels, and this was by far my favorite. Our room was a good size, with twin beds that worked perfectly for two ladies for the night. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer! The property had a kitchen, a lovely seating area, and a charming patio where you could relax, enjoy a glass of wine, or read a book. It was conveniently close to restaurants and just a 10-minute walk from Passeig de Gràcia station. In the morning, we were treated to a sweet little breakfast, which made the experience even more special. Next time I’m in Barcelona, I would love to stay here again for a longer visit—this time, I’ll probably book the larger room with the terrace. Thank you, Ms. Delores, for welcoming us so warmly when we arrived and for leaving us the delicious breakfast!

A lovely place to stay.

The property is very old. However located in very good location! The entrance inside the lobby is with chipped paint. The rooms are on the 1st floor. The bathroom and toilet are in a separate room and need to cross corridor to go there. For 1-2 nights are Ok.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay - close to primary locations but out of the way enough that it was quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed having aircon during the heatwave, as well as the brekky options (we bought our own GF bread).

The only difficulty was that the door to get into the apartment often got stuck, and the key wouldn’t open it up. Many people including myself either needed help to get our keys out of the door lock, or had to have someone open the door for us because it was jammed from the other side. Please fix it!

My stayed at Factory Suites was excellent, the room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained. Check in and check out experience was smooth. I had a fantastic experience, bed was comfortable I had good sleep. Staff very helpful and friendly. This place is very convenient, walkable to all major attractions. I would definitely recommend this place.

If you want to get the Barcelona local living style you should live here. Very special experience. I enjoyed it.

Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Temizdi ve mahalle de sakindi. Olanaklar yeterliydi. Ancak gözden kaçırdığımız bir şey olmuş. Madrid’te kaldığımızda turist vergisi, otel ücretinin içindeydi. Burda turist vergisini otelde ödedik. Dolayısıyla ilk bakışta otelin fiyatı biraz daha uygun gözüküyor ancak gittiğinizde turist vergisini her türlü ödemeniz gerekiyor.

La ubicación es muy buena, puedes visitar varias zonas turísticas a pie. Desafortunadamente, el edificio no cuenta con elevador, por lo cual es mejor no llevar mucho equipaje. Otra desventaja es que no hay recepción y los horarios de atención al cliente son limitados. La iluminación en el baño puede mejorar, ya que la luz con sensor de presencia se apaga constantemente cuando uno está en la regadera bañándose.
