Good value for money. Coffee bar in the lobby with fantastic coffee and matcha (not included in the Price).

Excellent. Great location, clean, well appointed. Loved the facilities with access to kitchen and laundry. The bar is nice staff were very good.

Location was great. Staff was helpful. Room wasn’t super clean but was ok for 2 nights.

The shared spaces were very helpful especially the shared kitchen. The breakfast was very tasty and unique.

Very nice and modern hotel, friendly staff. The carpet had some major stains and would benefit from some cleaning. It was nice to have some laundry facilities, but a person hogged both washers and dryers for 1.5 hours, which wasn’t so great. And after an hour of drying cotton clothing was still quite moist.

1人旅で2泊しました60代女性です。 買ってきたケーキやお弁当やフリーのお茶を3Fラウンジで自由にいただきました。お酒も有料でいただけます。ラウンジは明るく静かでおしゃれでスタッフとの距離感がちょうど良く都会的な感じがしました。スタッフの方に個人的に伺ったオススメのお店が大変美味しくセレクトセンスに感謝です。 部屋の天井が打ち放しで面白かったです。天井の配管に水が流れる音で、夜中目が覚めました。 トイレとバスが分かれているのも良かったです。床と椅子の汚れが若干ありましたが気に.なるほどではありませんでした。 シャンプーとコンディショナーがオーガニックで助かりました。アメニティは自分で選ぶので、無駄が無くてノーストレスでした。冷蔵庫に空のポットがあり、シェアキッチンの給水機に汲みに行くシステムも無駄が無く気持ち良かったです。 大通りから近く、歩道は屋根があるので、雨に濡れる事が少ないです。 朝食は4種類のクレープから1つセレクトし、持ってきてくれます。飲み物とサラダ、スープはセルフです。美味しかったし、オシャレでした。2泊目もクレープ以外は全く同じだったので少し変化あったらと思いました。 また、広島来れる事があったら、是非、お世話になりたいです。

Staff was fine. Location to sites was convenient. The room was small, we had the first room off the lobby - which was a bit weird. Not a speck of space to open your suitcase. It is very concrete…. Black and gray…. No character. It served the purpose, but it’s not going to WoW anyone…. Solid average stay.

Great location. Linen was clean and tidy. Shower needed further cleaning.

Great property. Nice large room and bathroom with very good functional shower etc. Polished concrete floors, very modern. Convenient location.

Great room, great light, personable and helpful staff, very good breakfast (tho more like a lunch), good location, walkable to the important sites my only quibble was that the carpet had some visible spots on it and the shower/bath had a few tiny mold spots on walls of the bath, which also had a very slight moldy smell. Otherwise a very nice room which we would stay in again

Great location. Super modern building. Lovely helpful staff. If I have one criticism and it’s only a little one, the breakfast choice is a bit limited - crepes (four choices). No fruit, yoghurt or eggs etc.

We loved staying at Kiro. Everything is meticulously curated, and lounge/bar area was awesome. The rooms are small, but are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Hôtel très bien situé en centre-ville, très propre et confortable . Salle en étage très agréable avec boissons offertes. Une belle expérience.

Staff were great and the communal areas were excellent. Floors in the room could do with refurbishment but generally very clean.

Ideal place for families, we enjoyed our unit with the bunk beds and relative quiet in a central location. Highly recommend reserving breakfast ! It was delicious food at a reasonable price (we had choice of savoury sweet crepes, variety of brunch side dishes). Walkable to Peace park and Hiroshima palace. Quality coffee shop in lobby is a plus too

this hotel was exactly as pictured! it was a great spot for us while we explored Hiroshima and the surrounding area. easy access to the JR lines via the street cars, and walking distance to so much. the room and lobby were clean, well equipped, and the staff was great! they held our luggage when we arrived before our room was ready and brought it up to our room for us so it was there when we returned to check in!
