From Gimpo Airport one bus driving directly to the hotel. From Hotel very good public transportation to go anywhere. Wowpass machine directly in the Hotel. You have everything you need to stay comfortable.

Great location close to subway, bus and free parking on premise. The entire staff was friendly and honored all requests swiftly.

Highly recommended… friendly and professional staff, clean rooms, very good breakfast, and the coin laundry is a plus. Many cultural and touristy areas are close by.

Very nice hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is in a quiet area, yet it’s very convenient to get around as buses make it easy to reach everywhere. The room was beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. Customer service was excellent – the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was clean and got cleaned three times the week. The personal was always nice and positive as well as helpful by any questions.

It was very comfortable and quiet.

The hotel is well run and staff are very helpful. Our room was comfortable and met all needs. The hotel has the best gym I’ve ever seen at a hotel, it is as good as any professional gym you’d find and pay high rates for when away from home, provided free as part of the stay. Breakfasts at the dining room were excellent. The only negative is that the hotel promised a sauna and spa area which looks excellent in their publicity, but was in fact closed for the entirety of our two week stay.

Our first room has a dysfunctional shower where water was leaking into the toilet area. The staff then moved us to a room that had gnats in the shower and asked us if we’d like them to spray something ti get rid of them. We asked for a different room, so we were downgraded to a smaller room with a lower floor and worse view. When asked if there was a price difference for the downgrade, the staff stated the size difference wasn’t significant enough for a price change. We got the economy room which means they only clean our room on specific days. On the days they did clean,it was subpar. Instead of refilling our shampoo and conditioner bottles, they placed extra bottles (I’ve never seen a hotel do this before) so we had a total of 5 bottles of product in our shower. My blanket also had short straight hairs all over it after it had been made by housekeeping which was odd because I have long, curly hair. The location is not great either because there is no subway entrance nearby. You have to walk at least 10 minutes. The only public transportation available is bus which is still a 5-6 minute walk which feels far if you’re visiting in the summer heat. Overall the experience was subpar and I would not stay here again.

Excellent hotel and staff. Very spacious room and good facilities. Close to bus stop and walking distance to Seoul Metro, historical sites and shopping centres.

The room is small but the location was great. The only other downside is that you cannot control the thermostat and it gets very hot and stuffy in the room. I also don’t easily get hot so I cannot imagine how it would be for those who have to crank up the AC.
