After got a confirmation and almost arrived to the place, I got a message from the place that they don't have an available rooms.

Very clean apartment, good communication with the staff. Excellent location. I booked the “penthouse” but the apartment is on the ground floor, stylish but with low ceilings. If your height is more than 1,85m you are going to suffer. Unfortunately no storage area for clothes with hangers. Some noise during the night due to the opening and closing of gates and passing cars.

The apartment we booked was on the 5th floor. The existing elevator in the building was not operating due to building repairs for an extended period of time. This was not specified in the information online. We were given an alternative on the ground floor, which was not what we expected. This unit was new and quite nice, but it had no closets and no hangers at all.

できたての施設で、私が最初に泊まったので、クローゼットがなかったり、色々足りないものはありましたが、オーナーさんに伝えたところすぐに改善してくれるとのことでした。立地は最高で、有名な観光地にはどこにでも歩いて行かれました。オーナーがとても親切で、こまめに連絡をくれてとても良かったです。

Her şey güzeldi, otel yeni olduğundan önce iptal talebi olsa da sorunu çözdüler ancak; sistemden istediğimiz oda değildi, yine de oldukça temiz ve otel sahibi çok yardımcı güleryüzlü...eğer fotoğraflardan rezerve ettiğimiz oda da verilseydi puanım tam olurdu, teşekkürler...

Everything was perfect, it is located inthe centre of the city.....the only disadvantage was that they are still building the lift and we had to.use the stairs to.the 4th(!!) floor...when it is completed it will.be a perfect place to.stay!

What a beautiful place. Everything you need for your home away from home is here. Would stay again and would certainly recommend it to my friends. Luxury living in Sofia!!
