Lovely quaint and elegant- will stay there again when I’m Sorrento!

This hotel was the absolute highlight of a great trip. The staff is professional, affable and accommodating. The suite was very private and the views of the Sorrento coast, Naples, Pompeii and the Vesuvius were breathtaking. Will definitely return here.

Absolutely magical! The Lorelei Hotel is hands down the most beautiful and charming boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The design is stunning, every corner is thoughtfully curated, and the views are breathtaking. But what truly sets it apart is the service — warm, attentive, and genuinely above and beyond. On our last morning, we had an early taxi to Naples, and they surprised us with breakfast packed and ready in the car. It’s those thoughtful touches that make you feel so cared for. From start to finish, our stay was nothing short of perfect. I’m already dreaming about coming back.

Excellent location, service and beautiful views

Everyone at the hotel was pleasant from the cleaning staff, receptionists to hotel manager.

Friendly, attentive and professional staff. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Great breakfast included with the most friendly service. View of the Gulf of Naples is beautiful and the terraces make for a great spot to have a drink and watch the sunset. Highly recommend Hotel Lorelei.

The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay! We loved all of the following: the ocean front area with bar service, the sunset bar for food and drinks, the delicious complimentary breakfast every morning, the service provided by the entire staff was outstanding! We will definitely come back to stay again!

Not able to access hotel from harbor with suitcase. A 4 minute max taxi ride costs about 40 euro

Friendly and attentive staff, great location as it is quiet yet close to the piazza with amazing water and mountain views. Good food and the bar is fantastic!

Absolutely brilliant. Wonderful, friendly staff who were efficient and went out of their way to be helpful. Also, great restaurant and restaurant staff. The full tasting menu was spectacular and much recommended

We especially thank the ladies at the front desk who helped us with many reservations and suggestions. A very nice hotel located in a quiet but very accessible part of the Sorrento downtown.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay here at Lorelei and were grateful they found a way to extend our stay even though they were sold out as we loved it so much. Great staff, very clean and attended to, great location and absolute magnificent view! Wonderful breakfast and loved our meal in the Michelin restaurant on site. Pricy but very top notch! We hope to return someday and highly recommend. Thank you Lorelei Londres!
