All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful place to stay. The view was amazing. The Staff was excellent and friendly, The food and restaurants were also top notch. The “beach club” could have been a little better, but we still like this place. Most beautiful sunsets.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and informative. We had a room overlooking the bay, which we loved. The room was serviced daily including an evening turn down. The breakfast is waiter service, which on a personal level we found a little disjointed, with cereals and cooked courses being served at the same time on two occasions. The ‘Sunset bar’ is lovely however the way staff allocate tables feels discriminatory, we sat at the only table that was empty and were then asked to move to a bench as we were only a party of two and a party of three required a table, this was very embarrassing and upsetting. Overall the hotel is in a good location, just a 10 minute stroll from the town centre, the staff are very attentive and the ambiance is very relaxing.

Highly reccomend. Coming off of an Italian vacation and I spent 20+ nights in hotels. This one was one of the best. Staff is extremely accoodating. Best breakfast I've had while I was in Italy (it is included with the room and is AMAZING. Not a buffet where you do not want to eat 90% of the things). Great locaton. Extremely relaxing.

Every single detail about this hotel is above and beyond! Amazing food (Chef has a Michelin star). We had a sea view room with a balcony. They are right on the water and super close to everything. Super clean and modern. Robes and slippers. Mini bar, safe and refrigerator in our room. Complimentary breakfast with hot and cold options.

I couldn't be more pleased with the hotel - from the friendly and accommodating staff to the cleanliness of the room and property. The food was next level and their bar has an unbeatable view with drinks to match (get the irresistible fries). Must do the wine tasting in their cellar - well worth it and there's a surprise hidden down there.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff was so very welcoming and friendly, especially the lady at breakfast. The view from our balcony across the sea was absolutely stunning. The only small complaint I have would be the noisy aircon. Otherwise we had a grat stay and cannot wait to visit this hotel again.

We stayed at your hotels this trip and by far, the Hotel Lorelei was our favorite! The staff was so helpful. The morning breakfast was spectacular and the views were amazing! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a joy - being served rather than having a buffet - by staff who went the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. The views from the terrace were fantastic.

Great hotel - a little outside the hustle of the main part but easy to get to. Spacious room. Beautiful views. Staff all polite and accommodating. They helped us book airport taxi and a trip to Bomerano. Valentina who worked at the restaurant was exceptional - we felt like she was a good friend.
