The hotel was lovely and the staff couldn't be more helpful . Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this facility.

An amazing choice for Matera. The location is walking distance to everything. The hotel is brand new modern clean and very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Onsite paring is there costs 20 euro for the day. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again definitely if I came to visit again. Oh also the breakfast was pretty good. Not spectacular. But for sure good enough.

l'albergo è molto bello. Pero' la differenza la fanno i dettagli. E onestamente alcune cose andrebbero migliorate visto comunque il costo della stanza. Non è possibile che in bagno non ci siano dei ganci per appendere gli accappatoi. Ho dovuto metterli alle ante dell'armadio! l'acqua delle doccia era tiepida. Il termosifone a piastra del bagno era freddo e, benchè avessi chiesto in reception di accenderlo, è rimasto spento. La stanza quando siamo arrivati era fredda. E sapendo che eravamo in arrivo credo che tenerla almeno a 22 gradi fosse facile.

Très belle hôtel. Bien situé. Très belle chambre. Au calme. Déjeuner très bien. Ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles mais à mon avis un 4 étoiles. Le service est bon mais sans sourire Ma chambre au 2e étage avec un beau balcon sans meuble et vue sur la rue très bruyante dans la journée. Aucune collation dans la chambre et dans l'hôtel et pas de restaurant . Pas de terrasse extérieur, pas de toit et pas de vue. Ici c'est dormir et déjeuner. Chez moi on appelle ça un Bed & breakfast. Très chère pour un B&B. Par contre L'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter les Sassi .

Hotel muito bem localizado e novo. Conforto e elegância. Mas checkout as 10:30h ninguém merece. Falha deles!!
