it looks the rooms needs to be maintained properly, door to access the refrigerator was falling off, only one small cup of coffee available for two guests.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, está muy bien ubicado, tiene al centro comercial METROCENTRO enfrente y está muy cerca del centro histórico, menos de $5 en UBER.

This hotel satisfies most international standards. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good dining options and convinient location. The SPA procedures were truly rejuvenating and very well performed. I take with me fine memories about my stay in this hotel. 👍

Un buen hotel bien ubicado, quizá necesita un poco de renovación en áreas comunes como pasillo. El restaurante lo encontramos muy oscuro y la iluminación muy fúnebre.

El hotel en general está muy descuidado, no me volvería a quedar en este hotel y no lo recomiendo. No vale la pena pagar lo que pagué

This is my go to hotel for when I'm conducting business in Concepción de Ataco. I appreciate their employee's level of outstanding service, especially the front desk staff with Mariela and Andreina. The amenities attendant Edwardo Cubillas is always a pleasure and engaging.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet is a must. Restaurant are good…wouldn’t say so much kids friendly for picker eaters but location is close to many food options in walking distance as well. Pool was a vibe and both bars (inside at Nau and pool side) had excellent drinks and spa were great! Best massage/facial I’ve had. Luz was amazinggg. 10/10
