I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Muscat for city stay. Will definitely return next time I am there.

AMAZING !, EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL STAFF, FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL. They made our stay unbelievable, the ONLY thing i can possibly critic about is, that they provide bar soap instead of hand wash liquid in the bathroom, and the pressure of the shower could have been better, but that is getting very picky. Otherwise this hotel has everything for every type of person. Will definately be revisiting, and be looking to stay in other W Hotels globally. Thankyou

W Muscat meets expectations of a luxury hotel. I like this chain. There was a bit of a confusion at check in but other than that the stay was good.

Outstanding hotel and service. The pool is fantastic, as is the roof top bar.

First class beachfront hotel with excellent food and friendly service

C’était tellement beau! La chambre était belle, grande et bien décorée! Le buffet restaurant était excellent.

Brilliant destination and hotel is perfected located with access to main attractions and beach. Was disappointed we were not advised it was Ramadan when booking. Made daytime very limited in activities. Still enjoyed a superb stay nonetheless.

Stunning property. Staff were incredibly helpful. Was nervous before arriving based on some of the reviews related to noise but slept brilliantly. No complaints.

Very beautiful property

The staff are totally amazing, so friendly and so attentive. The housekeeping team were first class and our room was always spotless when we returned each afternoon. There is a choice of restaurants although not extensive and the food is excellent. Bar prices are very expensive....so be warned

Wat hebben wij ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Een prachtig hotel, heerlijk eten, geweldig zwembad en goede faciliteiten. Oog voor detail en de kleine dingen die er werkelijk toe doen. Je gaat liggen aan het zwembad, er komt direct een koud flesje water. Heerlijke lounge met lekker muziek. Alles is gewoon WAUW! Dank aan alle mensen die daar met hart en ziel staan, zodat de klanten het naar hun uiterste zin hebben. Thanks Elizabeth, Pathum and others!

Such a brilliant and nicely decorated hotel

Uno tra i migliori di Muscat. Ottimi ristoranti, il Buddha al 6 piano ha ottima vista, una bellissima piscina infinity e cibo ottimo. Stanze spaziose e curate. Colazione eccezionale, grande scelta ed ottima qualità dri prodotti serviti. Staff gentile e competente. Ottima SPA e palestra adecuata Posizione centrale, fronte spiaggia. Struttura consigliata

The whole vibe of this hotel was fantastic and it had the most amazing and helpful staff in every part of the hotel. Simply faultless.
