Bueno me toco ir en una de reparaciones generales en el area del lobby y tenian una dinamica armada que inhabilito esta areas, Tuve un problema con el desayuno incluido que al final se resolvio pero de mis 7 noches 3 no incluyeron el desayuno y este lo pague a la carta .

The staff there was excellent in terms of assisting and simple manners as well. Only issue was construction noise early in the morning time.

Staying at the hotel was not a good experience since one of the staff was very rude and they gave false advertising and guaranteed to the CAHEA conference which I was attending.bwe were promised free breakfast which never happened and that was an additional cost that we never budgeted for. I will never stay here again due to the fact they are not true to their word and the staff was very rude when we were trying to get information regarding to the brea. We had proof from the conference package which stated free breakfast and they still completely disregarded us.

This property is very safe the service remarkable. The staff is very friendly and professional. This place is like my second home whenever I go to Trinidad. Housecleaning is very hard working and does an excellent job. I highly recommend this hotel.
