All the staff I interacted with were very accommodating. The room was fantastic, nice and spacious. The location of the hotel is near many historical sites.

Room was awesome! Always enjoy staying here any time I get a chance.

Room was upgraded. It was a wonderful night sleep. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Parking was trig a third party valet. They used an app and that helped get the vehicles to the door on time. Friendly service at the desk.

This hotel is very unique and has lots of character and charm. The lobby and rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. Definitely a great stay if you are in Montgomery!

Massive room and food location but not the cleanest couch and dead cockroach found next to bed otherwise all good

Where do I start !!! 😡 1) We started out with valet parking. Their valet parking is handled by a 3rd party. We waited a few times more than 45 minutes to retrieve our vehicle. 2) Staff was very nice and polite. 3) Got into our room and refrigerator didn’t work. 4) The bed was old and terrible !!! It was sagging in several places. So much you could have rolled off either side. 5) We ask for our room to be cleaned and they didn’t clean or bring new linens. 6) Lighting was awful. 7) The absolute worst breakfast ever and no selection. 8) The coffee had coffee grounds in it every morning. 9) Location is good but we will never stay here again !!!

The property was in a good location. Was able to walk to museum and restaurants. The only issue I did not a room view of the river

All the staff we met from check in, breakfast and cleaning crew were all friendly and professional. They made the stay excellent.

This property was clean and safe, The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel. Our 3rd time staying here. Had multiple large roaches in our room. One in bathroom and one fell from the wall into our suitcase. For the price, the break could be better.

I will most definitely be booking again. My new hotel when I’m in town.

This is one of the worst experiences. Very unprofessional staff and bad on communication skills Cheap on their supplies They fail on providing the towels They fail on cleaning the room Valet service is a nightmare You can smell the weeds in the corridor You can smell the weed in the front lobby Terrible place. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Beautiful restored historical building with exceptional rooms with high ceilings and more than spacious rooms. Very close to downtown sites, museums and eateries. Front desk staff was very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying there again.

There was only valet parking unless you could find parking on the street. When I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm with three children including an autistic child, they cancelled our reservation. It was inhumane. They could care less that they stranded us 400 miles from home with no place to sleep. I found out from locals they overbook on purpose so they can insure they will be full.

It was cute! The breakfast was pretty good. We didn't get any towels.

Horrible customer service and management.
