Very welcoming staff! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Look out over the city toward Petra is really nice. Free shuttle service to the Petra visitor’s center. A short walk up the street to several restaurants with amazing Jordanian food.

I staied in many hotels around Jordan and this hotel is very welcoming and clean. The pool and the food weren't that good but everything else was great

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone at the hotel was very welcoming, Abed was very considerate and accomodating towards our toddler.

Friendly and helpful staff

Our reception was fantastic, there were a few mistakes, like getting a room that had been smoked in. The receptionist took things in hand and got it fixed so fast that it left our heads spinning. They made outstanding recommendations for dinner and how to get around the city.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the mini bar was filled with drinks/ snacks etc which we were kindly told to use free of charge! The room came with a little balcony overlooking the city which was a nice addition. The hotel staff were very accommodating and welcoming, and happy to help with any requests. There are an array of lovely local restaurants within short walking distance from the hotel so you won't go hungry. Definitely recommend staying here whilst visiting Petra!

The staff of this facility are exceptional. I was provided with lots of complimentary extras: an upgraded room, breakfast and a take away lunch box. The gestures were most appreciated

Es un hotel nuevo que le estan poniendo muchas ganas. Le faltan detallitos como donde poner los accesorios de baño. Hacen mucho ruido a la hora de la limpieza. El desayuno esta muy basico

superbe établissement, accueil fantastique, on prend le temps de tout vous expliquer, literie très bonne, piscine sur le toit pratique après une journée sur Pétra. Petit déjeuner complet, on pense à vous fournir une lunch-box si vous partez tôt, même au check-out, boisson à l'arrivée, mini-bar gratuit, très propre. Le seul bémol est l'appel à la prière à 05h00, mais qui concerne tous les hôtels situés à Wadi-Musa. le meilleur accueil que j'ai eu en Jordanie par des gens ayant foi en leur métier et qui savent ce que veut dire le mot "hospitalité". Merci

Friendly staff that spoke English well

The room was very nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was very safe and quiet at night so we were able to rest before exploring Petra. Breakfast was included and it was delicious! They offer a shuttle to the entrance of Petra and they even gave us lunch to bring with us for free!

Amazing hotel and staff

We can highly recommend this hotel in the center of Wadi Musa! The staff at this hotel make it; very friendly, helpful and attentive. The rooms are large, have every comfort and are kept very clean. The staff in the breakfast room also do a great job. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The roof terrace with a pool, tables and chairs and loungers with a view over Wadi Musa to the mountains of Petra is also very nice. What we also appreciated about this hotel are: - Things at the fresh breakfast were covered with foil (very hygienic - top service) - Packed lunch to take away when going to Petra (very good idea) We have never experienced such good value for money as at the P Quattro Hotel. Please keep it up!

Hôtel de catégorie supérieur très bien placé, possédant de grandes chambres et idéalement placé à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville. Petit parking devant permettant de ne pas chercher de place. Les chambres possèdent tout ce dont vous avez besoin, mais surtout l'accueil et le service est exceptionnel. Ils sont toujours au petits soins avec vous et font tout leur possible pour vous rendre le séjour agréable Mention spéciale à Ashley et Abed qui ont tout fait pour m'aider à retrouver mon bagage perdu à l'aéroport d'Amman, le séjour a été meilleur que ce que j'imaginais. Le petit déjeuner est complet et sympa. L'hôtel possède une piscine sur le toit, ce qui peut être agréable (mais elle n'est pas chauffée, donc un peu froide) N'hésitez pas, je retournerai là bas à coup sûr

This is a really nice hotel. They made us wait a while before the room was ready but we were welcome with refreshments. The in site restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced.

Great hotel with friendly staff and good amenities. We were upgraded on check in to a big room with open mini bar. Huge breakfast buffet with tons of options. When checking out, reception gave us packed lunches for our day, which we were not expecting and it was such a lovely gesture. We had our own car so drive down to the Petra visitor centre just so as to not have to walk the uphill back. Would absolutely stay again. 2 thumbs up :)

We stayed 2 nights here the staff were very nice the room was quiet and clean the food was the best Also we used the spa sns massage it was awesome. Ziad themanager was so kind and he helped us alot Also Assem was our driver and he was very kind and helpful I want to thank every one in this hotel Hope to see you again
