The Compass Hotel, Amman is a three star hotel with five star customer service ! I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Compass Hotel in Amman, Jordan, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a very long time. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was impeccable. The hotel itself blended modern comforts with a warm, inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. What truly set my stay apart, however, was the extraordinary service provided by the hotel manager, Mr. Fadi. He went above and beyond in every way to ensure that my visit was not only comfortable but truly memorable. Whether it was offering local recommendations, arranging an exceptionally early wakeup call with breakfast and tea to-go or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, Mr. Fadi’s dedication to guest satisfaction was evident at every turn. I would also like to highlight how much I admire Mr. Mohammad’s exceptional leadership as the restaurant manager at the Compass Hotel. His dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere—always greeting guests with a smile and remembering their names. guiding the team to deliver seamless service, and ensuring delicious meals are consistently presented with care—truly elevates the entire dining experience. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality make every visit memorable. Great experience I do recommend. Reasonable rates. Clean room. Great location and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. This is my 2nd stay and will be going back whenever I go visit Amman.

Bathroom was dimly lit, had a damp smell, rusted joints in various places and a toilet that needs to be replaced.

The hotel was very nice for the rate. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant's food was good and I enjoyed the bar and hookah. Breakfast was good.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff is very helpful. Not very walkable area. But there is a big mall nearby.

Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu et ils nous ont pas chargé aucun frais. Accueil parfait avec un petit verre de jus. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était vraiment bien. Le prix était raisonnable et c’était délicieux. Franchement rien a dire de négatif.

It is a nice and quiet place to stay, the breakfast buffet has a delicious local food and if you don’t want to go out for dinner, their restaurant Forca has a very tasty options. The staff is very friendly and helpful, special Kudos to their Manager Mohammad Alghourani who helped us to find a rental car for our trip to Petra and Wadi Rum, which was an Excellent suggestion!, as ur time at Jordan was short, we could visited several places in 2 days. I definitely recommend this place to stay.

I have stayed at Compass over 4 times, and it never disappoints! My last stay was cut short, and they fully refunded me the nights that I cancelled!! Highly recommend.
