Good quality 4* hotel at city center. Whole service was very nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable and we had a nice view from our higher floor room. We staid at the middle of the week. So there was no problem with parking and we could park in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Value for money room with a great view. No negatives for the hotel, but outside the hotel there are beggars who will nag you several times, which is a bit discomforting

Good location in the center of Aqaba. Clean room and comfortable bed that has enough cushion to absorb the hips and shoulders. Sanad at reception stood out. He is incredibly polite, friendly and helpful, not because it's his job, but because that is his natural personality. He is one of the most genuine people I've encountered in a hotel. Lacosta Hotel is lucky to have him. The interior of the hotel is noisy from fellow guests, (and an amateur football team?) Sounds echo through the hallways. And the guests in the adjacent room smoked, and left the door open so the hall smelled of smoke. And smoke came through the ventilation system into my room throughout the day and night. It would be better if smoking and non-smoking rooms were on separate floors. Breakfast was good and had a good variety of options.

Linen were dirty

Chambre avec vue sur un mur. Le petit déjeuner n est jamais arrivé.

Reception was kind and helpful. Well located in the center. Breakfast has wide variety and is satisfying. Only one thing to improve, the drain in the shower room should be repaired not to cause a flood.

Everything about the hotel was excellent I will definitely come back again 😍

They charge me extra 15$ for 1 room

Nel complesso non è male, perchè si trova in centro con tutte le comodità a portata di mano, personale alla reception molto collaborativo e simpatico. Quello di cui mi è piaciuto di meno era la colazione non troppo continentale con poca scelta del salato e abbastanza speziato. la tv non aveva un solo canale italiano e per finire quando ho prenotato ho letto da qualhe parte che parlavano anche italiano,invece non era vero.

Très bien, au centre de la ville, propre et très calme, personnel accueillant très souriant, grande chambre, petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, terrasse sympa avec la vue sur la ville, finalement rien à dire

chambre ultra confortable, propreté irreprochable, emplacment au top avec parking, personnel souriant et accueil au top.devant à 50m toutes les commodités, commerce restaurant .... Je recommande vivement.

A great surprise arriving at this hotels, it is much nicer than the pictures show. A super nice and fresh breakfast area, a little pastry shop in the lobby and wonderfull staff all around. The only problem was that we only stayed one night.
