Very beautiful people and beautiful services and very quiet places

The hotel was nice enough for what it cost. It could use some updating, especially in the bathroom, but the beds were comfortable and there was ample space in the room. The food was just alright, not great. I really appreciated that there was a universal outlet in the bedroom. The only thing that I didn't like was that my bluetooth earbuds went missing from the room after my first full day. They were a relatively cheap pair, but that's still not something you want to happen.

It was a very good experience in terms of location , Amenities, Comfort, The friendly staff and the great food . Except that my credit card was frauded after paying for my staying there . I have received 2 charges for close to $900. Called the place to complain and asked for verification, They promised to investigate and get back to me but they never did . I hope this will be an issue that will be handled seriously in the future and to never happen again to no one else as it almost rewind my vacation .

the property is a little old with lacking maintenance. the thing that bothered us was that they don't have smoking free rooms. the lobby is very small, and people are allowed to smoke in it. the attendants and managers were very helpful and courteous. they allowed us to check out after staying the first night even though our reservation was for 16 days. the manager was so nice that he called us regarding medication we left behind and had it delivered to us at the new hotel we checked into without any charge. we recommend this hotel to those who are seeking less than 3 star hotel. very friendly and helpful staff/management.

O lugar é muito silencioso, bem localizado, conforto suficiente. Tem chaleira e os.mimos água, café, açúcar e chá em saches foi tudo de bom. Quarto era espaçoso e encontramos tudo que precisavamos pra passar 2 noites.

Capri Hotel is a very nice place to stay in Amman, and a short drive away from the main tourist attractions in the city. The staff is very polite and the manager makes sure all customers are well looked after.

Nice hotel, very centric in a safe area

Convenient place, quiet and clean by Amman standards and could be improved. Bathtubs need to have antislip features (I had a big slip on the very first attempt to take shower). The admin and staff (particularly Tarek) are courteous, pleasant and very helpful. Dinning is limited and could be improved. Good place for budget travel.
