Its a clean and comfortable place to stay. the only thing is that the breakfast is quite limited

The hospitality and welcome as well as the willingness to help in anyway possible. There was someone on duty all the time who went out of their way to be helpful. English was good so communication no problem.

Simple family friendly calm in the middle of the city.

きれいなパレスチナのホテル、応援したいだけに残念なところが…。夜中に帰ってくると正面のドアが閉まっており、そこに書いてあった電話番号にかけても誰も出ず。同じ建物の別のホテルの人に開けてもらいました。レセプションの方の感じはよかったのですが、玄関をしめるならしめるで事前の説明が欲しかったです。あと、シャワーのお湯も出ませんでした…最初、テレビもつかなかず、ホテルの方に伺うととついたので、シャワーも同じかも。説明が足りないだけならば、これらのことはすぐ改善されるかもしれませんね。

Large rooms, clean, kind staff . Good location
