loved it! they were so nice!!

Good, basic business hotel; reasonable location close to a good grocery store and some historically-very-important locations.

施設も綺麗でスタッフの方の対応も良くて、気持ちよく利用させていただきました。 また利用させてもらおうと思ってます！

I was able to sleep.. check-in strictly at 3pm.

Overall my best stay in Japan, staying in budget friendly option, the only one, I would strongly sugest to stay on. There is a nearby bus stop, that can take you to most places in Kyoto within a 30 mins time. 24/7 front desk staff that was so helpful, you can wash for 300 yens and dry your close in the hotel for 100 yens. Best value. I would stay here again.

It’s the only place in Japan that I am giving a low rating. It felt like everything I asked the answer was No. why cannot they keep the luggage for a few hours after checkout? It’s done pretty much everywhere else. The room itself was fine but the service was so so.

部屋は少し狭かったが清潔で部屋の設備もTVは大きいし部屋に電子レンジや空気清浄機もあり、近所にｺﾝﾋﾞﾆが3軒あるので便利だった。

快適に、過ごさせて頂きました。ありがとうございました。

概ね良かったと思いますが、各所に薄っすらほこりが溜まっていました。

We like it that the air conditioner can be coverted to heater. No other place offered that.

狭かった。

非常安靜，離地鐵站不近不遠，行10分鐘。去出町卯一乖寺等轉站方便，東西線三條站北上就是，去京都大站也快便，烏丸線，幾個站到。

全体的に サービスは 満足ですけど 周りに バスしないで 交番は ちょっとね...

交通の便が悪い。
