La stanza era impeccabile e il personale della receptionist, come i camerieri sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta, gentili e sorridenti. Molto bello l’edificio e i suoi arredi.

Sehr saubere,große Zimmer | unfassbar freundliches,hilfsbereites Personal | Perfekte Lage, mitten in der Fußgängerzone, wirklich alles ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar | Frühstück,nicht ganz das,was man sich von einem solchen Hotel erwartet. Definitiv eines der schlechteren Frühstücksbuffets,die ich bis jetzt erlebt habe.

Luxurious hotel! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Great room and bathroom. Coffee maker, kettle and iron provided. Perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. Very good breakfast in an elegant setting. Would certainly recommend!

The hotel is already a bit faded and poorly maintained since its recent renovation. Paint missing in several places and the windows didn’t work properly. There was no one to help us up the front stairs with bags, the water in the shower was not hot, the breakfast was stale, and the cleaning staff was disorganized and messy, leaving dirty sheets and towels in our room on several occasions and failing to refill the supplies. Overall a pretty mediocre experience.

Great hotel in the center of Trieste. Except for the 8:15 PM fire alarm that woke us (had been up for 24 hours traveling) it was perfect.
