Very comfortable and good location. Excellent service.

Staff were really good to work with and we appreciated their help! The only negative was we asked for transportation to the airport and the staff told me 250 Euros. The guy wanted 340. I was not happy with that

The location was perfect for our cruise boarding. The breakfast very good, a lot of choices even a mimosa! You can walk and explore for hours….

Hotel sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Reichhaltiges abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

Location is very good, close to good restaurants, sigthseeing sites and shopping. Amasing old building, hotell with soul. I reeally loved my stay.

Great location, clean modern rooms. Great Breakfast. Nice Staff. We used the valet parking as the parking lot was a ways away.

O inconveniente é o estacionamento que fica distante do hotel e eles nao te explicam como funciona pra sair do estacionamento

Excelente hotel, tudo muito bom. Localização perfeita. Único ponto negativo é o valor do estacionamento, 30 euros a diária, com valet.

No view, noisy from building equipment, parking is horrible. Staff was amazing, breakfast and room service good was great, location is great!!

Das Hotel ist leicht vom Bahnhof erreichbar und trotz zentraler Lage gab es kein Straßenlärm. Wir fanden die Matratze sehr bequem obwohl wir unterschiedlich groß und schwer sind. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Das einzige was ich vermisst habe, war einen frisch gebackenen glutenfreien Kuchen oder Croissant. Wir würden gerne wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Discreto qualche piccola disattenzione da migliorare

Hotel situato in un bellissimo edificio storico, nel centro della citta' a due passi dalle principali attrazioni .Entrando nella grande Hall sembra di essere in un museo.Il personale ci ha subito accolto con grande professionalità e ci ha fornito preziose informazioni per visitare la citta'.La camera assegnataci era purtroppo piccolina, ma con un comodo letto, mancava una sedia per poterci sedere, ma su richiesta ci e' stata prontamente fornita.Il bagno nuovo con una bella doccia.Eccellente la prima colazione,assortita sia di dolce che salato con prodotti di qualita', tenuta in una meravigliosa sala d'epoca.

Notte di Natale passata nella struttura. Bellissima serata e notte.
