We enjoyed our stay at the Dogana Hotel, Calling it a Resort is incorrect. The front desk staff is kind and helpful. Our room was quiet since it had an alley view. The mold in our Shower was never remediated. The highlight at Dogana is their restaurant. Breakfast is a delight and the staff wonderful. Dinner here was by far the finest in the region. Maitre D. Marco was a superb professional. And the food was the best!

Incredible stay, this was our first stop in Southern Italy, and the staff were lovely helping us manage without our bags which were delayed after 24h of travel, and helping us feel comfortable and grounded as we navigated our first time in Europe. The access is unbeatable, we watched the boats bring in the catch every morning, and the breakfasts were great. The one dinner we had at the resort was also incredible. Literally not a single complaint, highly recommend on all fronts!

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit sehr gutem Essen (Frühstück sowie Lunch), besonderem Blick vom Zimmer auf den Hafen bei Sonnenuntergang. Privates Spa überzeugt mit Optik und freundlichem Personal, allerdings ist der hygienische Zustand des Whirpools ein absolutes No Go. Wasser riecht modrig und grüner Biofilm … sollte nun wirklich nicht sein.

Cet hôtel installé dans le bâtiment de l'ancienne douane est vraiment magnifique. Notre chambre avait une vue sur le port avec un grand balcon. Elle était très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est servi à table avec un large choix proposé. Le personnel est très accueillant et parle français. Je recommande ce bel hôtel pour passer un moment inoubliable.

We complained about the sewer gas smell twice- got nothing but I’m sorry. Shower flooded the floor. Food staff was excellent.

Schöne Lage und Design. Klimaanlage und Dachterrasse überraschend und sehr zu bedauern im Frühling nicht in Betrieb! Restaurantmitarbeiter äusserst zuvorkommend und freundlich, während Rezeptionsmitarbeiter zu wünschen übrig lassen.
