It was a pretty nice stay. The ability to get more towels or any toiletries if you forgot your own made it pretty great.

Staff was the best lady who check us in wonderful,whole staff amazing Hotel manager great guy loved talking music with him....a small frigerator in from would like them to add only dispointment.The housekeeping doing a great job floors where cleaning did the sock test they never gotten dirty lol....past hotels this year filthy l used my own Swifty floor wipes clean it.....so great job....under the AC unit only thing needs attention we drop something saw it.....hallways so clean,lobby super clean,Velvet the best.....we definitely be back next time in Memphis ....

Just an awful stày from start to finish, valet was a shambles, room was noisy all night, front desk staff were rude and unhelpful

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel lobby has fun games to play, a bar and selection of snacks/drinks to purchase. We appreciated the drinks tokens given out at check in. We had no issues with valet, good service but does seem very expensive considering the cars are either parked right outside of in a garage basically next door (we paid $32 + tax per night). The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, however the walls and floors are paper thin and we could hear everything from everyone around us (in their rooms and on the corridor) which did wake us up during the night. We had some street noise too which is to be expected considering we are in a city (albeit a very empty one). Location was something I researched a lot before booking and we felt it was fine. It was a little out of the way of other hotels but that wasn’t an issue and we felt safe walking around.

Bien situé à 10 /15mn de marche de beale street. Proche de la pyramide à pied également. Tramway passe devant l hôtel côté main street mais le week end il y en a peu voir pas du tout. Qques sdf dans le park en face mais l hôtel est sécurisé avec un accès grace aux clefs de la chambre. Personnel jeune sympathique et vous aide pour toutes demandes. J ai pu laisser ma valise en consigne le matin. La boisson offerte à l arrivée est une attention rare et très agréable . Hotel propre et agreable beaucoup de jeu à l accueil. Ma chambre avait un endroit pas propre près du lit le reste était bien nettoyé

Enjoyed the vibe and simplicity. Glad we had two beds since they were full size and not Queen. Very comfy but husband found them a bit too soft. Loved the hooks on the wall and conditioner. Bar was happy to give us cups of ice and the complimentary morning coffee downstairs was good. Liked sitting outside facing the park. Parking options were valet which we don’t care for do chose a nearby parking garage. Would have preferred to self park in the valet lot in front of the hotel even if had to pay. We’re close to mud island which we wanted but overall there was not much open around us maybe since it was a Sunday and Monday night. Chose to walk far for an open restaurant with barbq.

The property is modern and very comfortable.

Liked the atmosphere. Close to many restaurants and nightlife. Room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Multiple tornadoes hit my state, I messaged the hotel to inform them we would be arriving late. They gave my room away and refused to provide assistance or a refund.

Good price, beautiful location across from Court Square Park

It was modern, fun and efficient. My neice and I loved it and would definitely stay there again!
