Excellent hotel right on the riverwalk. Great breakfast. Rooms are spacious & very nice. Definitely would stay here again.

My stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Wilmington Downtown was excellent. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The highlight was the beautiful view of the river from my room, which made the stay feel relaxing and memorable. The location was convenient, and the amenities were top-notch. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Wilmington.

We had a lovely comfortable room overlooking the river. It was spacious, clean and well appointed, The staff were accommodating.

Property was very nice staff very nice I only had two issues with it.I had to pay for parking and the room that I was in was very nice but the whole wall was made up of windows but there were only like some transparent blinds to be pulled down so tons of light at night when trying to sleep.

My stay was so relaxing. The staff was excellent and very helpful. I loved my room. Very comfy and clean.

Our only complaint is that the bathroom sink and the tub would not drain. Which resulted in standing water that would not drain.

The property was along the riverfront as well as near many restaurants. Very clean and very relaxing. However, there was a parking charge per day of close to $12. That either should be included in the charge of the room or one overall charge.

Easy to park, but for a fee. Riverwalk is good for exercise and several dining options nearby.

Not enough parking, room is dirty floor is gross floor. Door was un locked and opened. Didn’t sleep 6 people like advertised smells awful. Was supposed to have 2 queen beds and a full pull out. Has two full beds and a single pull out. Found car keys that were not mine inside the couch. Bedding was gross
