Nice room but there was a leak from the room above ours, dripping into our bathroom. Also £20 for parking is taking the....

The room was spacious and also the bathroom, with effective sound insulation. I had booked a room with a queen bed, but was given a family room with a king bed with 12” gap to the wall. When questioned, the Supervisor advised that all beds are the same size. Everything else was positive including the friendly staff, good breakfast and proximity to the city shops and restaurants. For parking we used a multi-story at £10/day located close to the hotel

Shops are a short walk away. Facilities within hotel are more than adequate so you don’t have to go out unless you want to

Clean, quiet, great parking, great breakfast - would stay again. Had a queen bed and double sofa bed, which worked out well.

Being a regular at the hotel it’s always been excellent and this time is a repeat of our experience. Clean rooms, great location and a great selection of breakfast items. The only thing that bugs me with this hotel is the £20 a night parking fee but it’s secure and covered by CCTV so its something we pay for peace of mind.

Rooms are very clean, modern and with great showers! Staff cant do enough for you. Very close to the centre of Leeds for shopping.

I booked a family room. It was a good thing our kids are not small cause if they where there definitely was no space for a family. The sofa was not in view of the TV on the wall, there was not enough pillows or towels which we had to call reception twice for on both days we stayed. The rooms where said to be soundproof but if you didn't sleep hard all you could hear was the lift going up and down. Also the air conditioning worked when it wanted to. Staff was welcoming and friendly

Extremely friendly staff. Spacious parking area. Really good complimentary breakfast. What's not to like :) I had a very comfortable stay, felt welcome, will definitely be my choice hotel next time I visit Leeds.

The room we got was for a disabled person, i had to contact reception 4 times as it kept blocking up i ended up using the downstairs toilet, the sink plug hole got stuck, and the bed was to tight to the wall. I was expecting better. Last year everything was great , but this year very disappointing. Wouldn't like to be in room 224 again.

Very nice hotel. Comfy bed, lovely A/C, secure and cracking complementary breakfast.

Hotel looks nice and welcolming untill we got to reception to check in took 25 minutes to check in, the receptionist kept wandering off to see another receptionist whilst we were stood there wondering what was going on...when we finally got our keycard we were glad it had our room number on as she just gave us the card and that was that, went to get the lift and there was only 1 working so everytime we went to get it whilst staying there was always a queue which was frustrating as we were on the 9th floor so couldn't get the stairs all the time.When we got to our bedroom ,we had alovely view of the city ,was very clean but only issue was the toilet seat was broken,my husband tried to fix it as you couldn't sit on it without falling off it,my husband told reception who said theyd let maintenance know......overall hotel was convenient as only 15 minutes walk ,we parked in the trafalgar carpark which is 5 minutes walk from hotel as was only £11.50 for 24 hours.

The room was fine for the price. Breakfast was limited and low quality. Breakfast room toilets always dirty. Staff helpful enough and good facility to leave luggage before/after checkin/out.

This was our first time booking at this hotel. Both me and my wife stayed over night as our son is not studying at University and came to drop him off. The hotel was clean and tidy and worth the money however, there is no parking facility and I had to pay £20 which is absolutely cheating and rip off. I might need to look at other hotels next time. Taking taxi moving around was also additional expenses on top, Im sorry, We would not consider referring to other students or parents visiting .
