Loved the property. Calm, clean and very well situated. They organised a cute egg hunt too and kiddo really enjoyed it

The property was stunning. We had the big apartment and it was lush, comfy sofas and beds, big tv, heaps of space, awesome bathroom, friendly staff, plenty of parking and the LED mood lighting made the stay for my 10 yo daughter 👍

Lovely property for a short stay. I did stay for one night only. It worked well for me.

Lovely apartment soo quiet , great nights sleep hairdryer and straighteners was a lovely touch , 10 mins to town or about 1-2 hour to bowness and the lake on foot . Great base to explore plenty of parking . Would stay again Only Small niggle we had was No toaster , as we bought stuff for breakfast , it did arrive after contact with the owners . But too late to use unfortunately.

Stayed here a few times and can't know it... Great location, allows pets, great value, kitchenettes in the rooms are super handy... parking can be a bit tricky when busy, and the rooms a bit toasty.... But other than that it's a great stay.

Hotel and Room was excellent and clean, simple easy instructions to follow. Try to avoid ground floor rooms as you can hear everything that goes on above. Everything! Keeping us up till 1am. Not to impressed.

Lovely rooms. Nice spacious modern shower. Reasonably priced. Access to parking is tricky in a big vehicle, but plenty of room on street if you don't mind a few steps. Great location (less than 5 minutes from Bowness.) Would definitely return.

It’s fine. Decor is questionable but perhaps a matter of taste. Room on the ground floor was noisy. Many things described as being ‘included’ were not, so there was no coffee/tea maker, no cookware/dishes/utensils, no free bottled water, no kitchenette and no microwave. Also no staff present so very impersonal.

The property and location were exactly like they were on the booking site. The room and facilities were excellent and communication was fast and so willing to help. Cleanliness of the room was absolutely outstanding. So many extras included.

Had a lovely stay at kotel. Very comfy rooms and amazing bathroom and little kitchenette has everything needed for a little break. We only stayed 1 night and was perfect.

Amazing place. Really good location. We will be back in the future.

Great location. Well maintained. Ample parking. Easy to access. Nice warm rooms.

Not bad for the area. Bit on the small side with 4 people sharing one room.

Lovely base for the lake. Room was spotless. Great fridge. Microwave not used looked good. Nice shower. Room was a bit warm but cooled down nicely with the window open for a while
