From the very first glimpse to the end of our stay i was blown away by The Fingal. Stunning boat with great history which was tied into the whole experience. The staff were amazing and treated us like kings even though we just had an overnight stay. Great location, walking distance to great pubs and restaurants. Tram runs by so easy to access Edinburgh and all that holds. Staff really were 10 out of 10 and made our stay memorable. Well done to The Fingal crew.

A unique experience. Couldn’t fault a thing about our stay. The staff were first class. The food in the Lighthouse restaurant was outstanding.

The Fingal is an outstanding hotel- a wonderful place to stay. Staff are all so helpful and can’t do enough for you- we felt we were looked after so well by the staff and we will definitely be planning a return trip. We have also highly recommend The Fingal to several of our friends.

We had a superb stay onboard, everyone went above and beyond for us! And the attention to detail was 1st class.

We had a fantastic stay and would love to come back. The tram to the city centre is just outside and then we caught the tram to the airport. Go and see the Royal Britannia, that was amazing and the restaurants and pubs around Leith are lovely.

Staff were amazing, and the room was perfect. We will definitely be coming again. This was the most amazing way to spend an anniversary weekend.

Very clean and an amazing piece, Staff are super friendly. Food is beautiful a bit expensive but it is a top notch experience so can’t complain.

Lovely two night stay, everything you would expect from a five star hotel but the most impressive thing was the high standard of ALL the staff so friendly, even the cleaning lady stopped hoovering until we were out of earshot Well worth a visit and hope we can return soon
