Always a pleasant stay

Staff were friendly but the room was tired, old and in need of attention.

Brilliant stay

Very clean, check-in was quick and was given a choice of two rooms. The only downside was the mattress it was to hard, but that is personal preference due to having back issues. Bathroom was small but usable. Would stay again if they had a mattress topper..

The staff are great. The room is basic but has everything you need. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Some minor diy improvements could be undertaken. However the price of the room is very reasonable and great value. It is in an ideal location. I would certainly stay there again in the future.

The hosts was welcoming and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. We was allowed to leave our bags beginning and end of our stay so we could enjoy our holiday without carting around bags. The rooms was very tidy and you wouldn’t think pets stay there too! It’s a lovely place to stay and I would definetely return again. Thankyou x

After checking in, we quickly discovered that the hotel did not have any heat whatsoever. We decided not to stay and left. The hotel refused to refund the money that we had paid and was very unhelpful and unsympathetic to the situation. We protested with Hotels.com and they stood by the hotel and expected us to stay in a room that was freezing. This was in February and the outside temperature was 15°F. So you can only imagine how cold it was in the rooms and how bad it could be when nighttime approached. I would never stay there again and I do not recommend it. Highly NOT recommended.’

It was very clean and the hostess went out of her way to make you feel welcome. The room had everything i needed and very close to where i was working. I will definitely be coming back here .

Lovely welcome from a girl on reception. Requested a low floor level room, got a ground floor which was brilliant. Only down fall is that one of the cups hadnt been washed properly and still had a ring mark round it where the last visitors had a brew in it. Easy to enter and exit hotel with a key card. In lounge they have stuff to make brews, toast, cereals, etc with no extra cost. Would we stay again? Definatley.

Love this hotel /B&B this was a return trip to this place . It’s central to everything a few minutes to the town and town center …we could see the tower from our bedroom window. If you expect 5star then this isn’t for you but if you need a nice clean comfortable place to stay then book them now …the only gripe I have is the bed wasn’t big enough and was a bit lumpy but apart from that 10/10

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was toast fruit cereal chocolate croissant hot drinks. Which was offered to us although it says no breakfast included. Room was small but had everything we needed. Comfy bed. En suite shower room.

This was part of extended stay for visiting my husband in Blackpool Victoria hospital. I received excellent help and service from the Winter Gardens suites team. My stay was very comfortable and I felt safe on my own. We will book again when my husband has recovered to have a holiday there together. I can not thank the team enough xxx

Our stay at the Winter Garden Suites was for when my husband was in Blackpool Victoria Hospital for an operation. My stay was extended for visiting the hospital as my husband was in ICU longer. I received excellent service and help from the team at this hotel. My stay was very comfy and the room was very clean. We will be booking again when my husband can enjoy a holiday there. I can not thank the team enough xxx

I had a one night stay at the hotel. It is very close to the winter gardens and the shops. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom/shower was good. Average decor in bedroom.

Unbelievable value for money.Clean and spacious room and perfect location.Cannot fault it.

The room was comfy and clean just need abit of a make over in the showers but bathroom clean , i had to put kettle on the floor to boil it as the plug wasn't long enough to boil it on counter , but owners are lovely and i would stay there again
