This is the second time we have stayed at Citadines Islington. On both occasions, the premises were clean and staff friendly and helpful. This time on leaving, my wife encountered a problem. Elisabeta dealt with the situation quickly, professionally and to my wife’s satisfaction. On both occasions my wife had helpful interactions with a Portuguese (?) member of staff. She thinks he might be a handyman. Both times, he was very helpful and always had a cheerful smile.

The room was so clean and there was pleanty of equitment in the room kitchen. The staff were very profesonal and helpful. A great stay on such a special occasion our sons wedding and my 60th . It was purfect

We have found our place to stay when we visit London! The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, with a lovely kitchenette. Just fabulous! The Islington area is packed with restaurants, you are practically next door to The Almeida Theatre! Transport connections are abundant!

Great room, great staff. But for this high price, one should at least expect room cleaning once or twice a week.

Great location, very comfy beds, including the sofa beds in the lounge area, very good kitchen facilities, great option to leave luggage as well. Only a couple of things to further improve - make sure we have enough towels (only provided with two for our family of four!) and as there’s a fridge, provide fresh milk / avoiding unnecessary plastic waste. Would definitely use again, thanks Citadines.

Excellent kitchen but not enough electric sockets. The staff provided an extension board which helped The washing machine was good but there was no way to dry the laundry in the apartment. Using the launderette was clumsy and the dryer didn’t work well. Staff were very helpful except on last day when I was told there was no one to help with our luggage and no apology. In the end a porter arrived just in time.

The room was lovely and large with well equipped kitchenette, large bathroom and the laundry on premises was ideal.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! It's in a great location, has spacious and quiet rooms, and everyone who works there is helpful and nice. I'll definitely stay here again next time I am in London.
