The hotel was excellent, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious for London. It was conveniently located less than a quarter mile from the Tube, with a bus stop just two blocks away, making it easy to get around the city. There were also plenty of restaurants, shops, and other amenities within walking distance. Overall, it was a great location and a comfortable place to stay.

We liked the location, the attentiveness of the staff, and the comfort of the room. Would definitely consider staying there again.

This was such a great hotel. I stayed for a week while visiting on a business trip and was very happy with this hotel. The room is spacious and had a very confortable bed. I also appreciated the small kitchen available and all the other room amenities available. It was nice to have a laundry room on property to wash clothes before continuing on my travels. The breakfast at the hotel was great and there were so many good places to eat around the hotel. The area was very quiet at night without any street noise. Such a lovely neighborhood to walk around!

This isn't our first time here: We've consistently had problems getting our luggage to the front of the hotel – and the staff just shrugs. At these prices and with such poor service, you'd expect at least a bit more friendliness. And you have to pay an extra 25 pounds per day for room cleaning. Awful! Otherwise: good location, good room amenities, spacious rooms. But: Give your staff some training in friendliness!

My stay for one night was excellent. No problems from check in to stay in studio, breakfast was good. Maybe a little overpriced otherwise great stay.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Check in was smooth and the room was lovely. Considering this was during Arsenal parade weekend where the hotel was full to capacity the service was excellent. We will definitely return on future visits to London.

Expensive when we was there, but reason was Arsenal victory parade. Otherwise I am very satisfied with everything.

Great quiet spot to stay in London. Loads of great restaurants and coffee shops, close to central London and the City. Would stay again!
