Great stay! Room was perfect with a fridge, microwave, smart TV, kitchen to make your own food, shower and an incredibly confortable double bed. Whole property was very tidy and clean particularly in my own room. For £100 for 2 nights I can't recommend this place enough!

Needed accommodation other than a hotel and this place suited me perfectly,a good selection of rooms,generous tv area(tv in room also) large well equipped kitchen and laundry room and a friendly and helpful manager/owner.Place was clean and comfortable

The room was clean but the hallways had plaster falling off. The builders in the next room were banging and slamming at 5am. I booked this room for a rest and didn’t get that.

There is building for improvement of the guest house, but a bit noisy during the week, I think later will be better. The house keeping was nice. Good price anyway.

Really nice guy who runs the show very helpful. Really good room choice of beds clean and tidy. Would really recommend, great value for money.

We liked having our own kitchenette although the crockery and glasses were a hotch potch and nothing matched. We did not find the beds at all comfortable.

The facilities are needing of a major upgrade. They are very basic.

Ok was room only with on sweet was very clean had all what you need to be warm and comfortable we had own front door with our own key plenty of parking

Basic accommodation. Draughty, poorly fitting front door. Tv tiny 12 inch.

Exceptional customer service. Booked at very short notice. Room/apartment had kitchen facilities and was easy access for disable/people with mobility issues.

Didnt like the constantly slamming doors, they need dampener devices.

Working in the area looking for some cheap digs after trying numerous other places, found them in this guesthouse also some great banter with the live in residents. I would happily recommend this place to anyone who (like myself) wants to keep costs down (cooking facilities meaning no take-aways or eating out)
