The room was spacious and clean. The staff were polite and friendly. Had a lot of food options. The hotel was central.

Would not stay here again. The area was so stuffy. One if the had a noticeable odor. Had them to try and change the air filter but did nit help. Then looked at the back of the curtains and they were black stuff on them Had them change the curtains and the air got better. Had to constantly ask for towels. It is 2 people in the room, why would you leave 1 towel everyday.

The menu was very fresh and the food was delicious. The only thing I did not appreciate was the room service not having ergency in making sure all of my items came when I ordered them.

Staff was very great especially Jada n Lorraine!! But from the rooms all in the passage to the front desk straight to the diinimg area have a fowl terrible sent everyday! No refresh air! My bed head upholstery was stripping the way it’s old. The hotel is very old and need to be renovated. Breakfast was good, staff was very polite patient and fulfilled my satisfaction. Thanks to Jada n Lorraine tht gave me an exceptional service when I go for breakfast in the am. But Def wint be going back until it’s upgraded!

My room was spotless and room was on point as was the staff. However, my issue was that I had an early morning departure and there was no one to take my bags to the car. The driver came to get them when front desk apparently could not reach someone. A young man showed up after the driver came to get my bags. I didn’t think that level of service was in keeping in with the standard of the hotel.

Tired, old fashioned, pool out of use for guests, very aggressive rude bar man. Management unresponsive. Receptionist characterless jobsworth. No elevator.

Front desk staff was amazing. Very polite, knowledgeable and flexible. This was where we had our wedding reception many years ago and he made dinner very special for us. Room was nice, clean, dinner was good Breakfast was full of option. Christmas Jamaican Breakfast! Yum!

The room had an awful smell on arrival. Front Desk staff who escorted us to our room did not report it, however on calling to complain housekeeping was sent with Deet to spray. Better ventilation needed during down time. Rooms are large and well equipped. The restaurant and housekeeping staff are exceptionally good.

I have been staying at this hotel since 2010. The staff is always happy to see me, the treatment is always VIP, additionally you don’t have to go far entertainment…….just a few steps from your room!

Friendly staff, nice rooms, great breakfast, free secure parking, great bar, centrally located and has a casino. Always stay here when visiting Kingston and never been disappointed.
