Love this property. Great staff and the location was great for me. Only thing I would change is the couch in the room wasn't that great. Everything else was wonderful.

The swimming and snorkeling was amazingly the staff was wonderful. It all depends what you arel ooking for . But for me it was perfectly wonderful and the staff was great we started every day with a swim and from there went exploring with car. Our room also had a kitchen and there are lots a fish

This property was so quiet and peaceful which was the balance I needed. The staff were always ready to help. The security man organized transportation for me such that moving to and from the property was much easierr. The property is close to some really great restaurants including Rick’s Cafe. Watch out for grabby drivers who just want to take advantage of your ignorance. Bargain prices first before going places.

The villa was very nice. However few things were not working- the overhead fan and the kettle. The faucets in the bathroom were not stable. On a whole a lovely property. I would return providing the kettle works. 🤓

The property was wonderful. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa which was great for 4 adults. The property manager Daniela was very helpful and showed us around. Also the security was very helpful. It was a 3 minute walk away from Rick's Cafe and there was a restaurant across the road with delicious breakfast. We are looking forward to booking again in the near future.

The property is beautiful.The villa could've been more Clean especially the bathroom atea and floor.Needs updated Aminities like microwave coffee Maker Refrigerator freezer leaks water amd needs to be clean from ice.This place is in a good location snd the people in the community are very friendly,with much Tlc this villa can be a amazing...The pool guy needs to do a better job with the pool also.

We had a most wonderful stay at Sur Mer. Beyond the convenience and amenities of the property, want to give a special shout out to Daniella - the property manager. Our car broke down on the way to the hotel late at night. Daniella was not on the property but she helped arrange a transportation for us, checking on us every once in a while till we made it to the hotel. Being in a foreign country, stuck late at night with no one to reach out to, Daniella proved to be a God-send. She ensured that we felt safe and were taken care of in the best possible way. we can't thank her enough and everyone else at the property as well. They are very welcoming, warm folks, always ready to help. The property itself provides a clean, quiet cozy piece of nature for your vacation. One of our best stays must say!!

The time spend was quite relaxing, the accommodations allowed my girlfriend and I to take a much needed reset. I highly recommend Villa Sur Mer to those who seek accommodations outside of normal hotel stays on the west end.

Ça ne vaut VRAIMENT pas le prix demandé. J'ai payé 140$CA/nuit mais après avoir pleuré ma vie je quittais au bout de 2 jours sur une réservation de 9 jours. J'ai été béni d'être remboursée puisque c'était au départ non remboursable. La piscine, le jacuzzi et le bar était FERMÉE!!!! Les volets de la villa pour la plupart ne s'ouvrait pas. Donc je devais allumer les lumières en plein jour. Contrairement à ce qui était indiqué c'est tout sauf tranquille . La route à proximité est très passante et c'est bruillant. Même pas une spatule pour tourner les oeufs....bref rien pour cuisiner et NON il n'y a pas d'épicerie à proximité, il faut aller en ville! Si vous ne comptez pas louer une voiture pour votre séjour OUBLIEZ cet endroit!!!! Le pire attrappe- touristes que j'ai vu en 4 fois en Jamaïque. Et les restaurants aux alentours sont hors de prix (48$CA) pour un burger chicken (ils n'avaient plus de boeuf pour un vrai burger) et une petite bouteille d'eau. Fromage en extra $$$$. Seul point positif, la gérante et son assistante qui ont été compréhensives et aidantes pour me sortir de ce cauchemar!

Very peaceful and beautiful place the pool and hot tub at night was amazing. Great views… just bring your spray for insect and a fan for the living room no AC in the sitting room only in the rooms.. but everything else look exactly like the pics u see on line.. 10/10

Advertising for this resort was misleading as the units available to us were not on the ocean. The ocean side rooms were not made available to us even though they were unoccupied. The pool area was nice but the waterfall was nonfunctioning. We did enjoy the stay and must note that we were away most of the day experiencing other areas of Negril.

The property is old and outdated. The room was not clean.

The place was probably beautiful at one point because the grounds are well kept. Yet the room I stayed in was dark, dingy, and the bathroom was covered in grout and mildew. They really should consider closing down and remodeling! Luckly I was only here for two nights, but still two too long!

Very friendly and welcoming staff from the security guard to the manager... i felt at home 2 minutes after arrival. The cave was very cool as well.

All of the staff was amazing and so friendly. Answered any questions we had. Our only snag was our transportation back to the airport was 45 minutes late. Plan to get back to the airport at least 4 1/2 early. Look forward to coming back
