It was very convenient

The hotel is in a nice spot that is kind of hidden. It is by a lot of different places to eat. The hotel lobby was clean and when we arrived we were right on the first floor. Even though we were by the door to get to the pool it was quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff were nice and courteous. It was affordable compared to the other hotels I had price checked. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place easy acct for I20

It was obvious that the double room was once a single room making the room look less than impressive. The air conditioner was below par in 95 degree weather.

The pool is nice, but that is the only real "amenity." There was never anyone at the front desk. Food options were pitiful. The room was fine but outdated.

Tub had cracks and no coffee but people were nice, beds were comfy, pool was good

Good location and easy access, the front desk lady was very helpful. The room had a musty smell and we had very low water pressure in the shower as well as with the toilet. The toilet had problems flushing. Everything was clean and tidy otherwise. Breakfast was good too. My husband said they had the best coffee he had had on our trip.

Great place to stay and wonderful staff

I want to say the lady that was at the desk was a true rock star!!!!!! I don’t know her name but she works 7 to 7. Such a delight to see people go above and beyond. She did!!! Great start.

For the price of the room it was ok

Could have been alittle cleaner in the rooms.

Staff was great! Reserved two rooms. The 2nd floor room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and whatever was used to mask the smell. I felt bad that my guests had to deal with it but the beds were comfy and the room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful.
