Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 % ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout le personnel est vraiment à l’écoute, attentif, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis du début à la fin. Les équipes sont serviables, réactives et font tout leur possible pour que le séjour se passe parfaitement. L’hôtel est agréable, propre et l’ambiance est très reposante. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! 😊

Had a great stay. Food variety at lunch and dinner could have been better. Great breakfast though

This is the fourth year we have stayed. We love the place. Staff from reception, bar, restaurant and cleanwrs are all locely and friendly. My husband really enjoyed Daniel making vodka tonics for him. The place is clean and tidy and best of all it is quiet. I would happily visit for a 5th year.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Auswahl für alle ausreichend, das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber, es hätte nur mal gesaugt werden können, das Personal war freundlich, der Poolbereich war sauber, einziger Kritikpunkt: die Getränke beim Essen wurden trotz das man das leere Glas gesehen hat nicht wieder nachgefüllt - wollte man die Getränke aber dann selbst neu holen wurde man darauf hingewiesen das das für einen gemacht wird - dies ist aber nicht automatisch passiert

Leider würden wir nicht mehr wiederkommen. Sehr schade. Bilder locken an, vor Ort ist aber kein Strand sondern „Falscher Sand“. Die Bettlaken waren mit orangen Flecken versehen und hat uns sehr geekelt. Das Personal empfanden wir als eher unfreundlich, es kam fast nie ein Hallo beim Vorbeigehen und beim Einchecken waren wir ebenfalls sehr unzufrieden. An sich ein schönes „Hotel“ (wohl eher Village oder Häuser, die ineinander gebaut sind), aber weder die Lage, noch Sauberkeit, noch Personal konnte überzeugen. Schade

The room is located in a semi circle of accomadation . The room was very large with two single beds . The beds were very comfortable with quality bedding ., The furniture in the room work table , double sofa with a espresso coffee machine as bonus ., The bathroom was excellent , spotless , very strong rain shower enclosure ., The resort is top quality with large pool , pool lounging area and entertainment area. I partook in full board , breakfast and dinner was excellent wort varied choice for both male sittings .. I would highly recommend this premise 10/10

Très bel hôtel calme, bien situé.

Le petit déjeuner manque d'omelettes. Les rideaux de chambre ne sont pas occultants, trop de luminosité, on ne peut pas dormir. Les dessus de table devraient être changés à chaque utilisation, passer un simple coup de chiffon et poser ses couverts sur ceux du précédent est très sale.

Excellent experience and mostly because the staff were so attentive and pleasant

It was a nice place, breakfast was good as well however parking was limited and we had to park outside the property several times. In addition what was disappointing is that the adults only pool can only be accessed if you have an adults only room rather than being for adults only. This means that the majority of people gather around one pool rather than being able to access both. The two pools was one of the selling points for us and we did not realise you needed to book specific room types, so be aware when you book your room.

Magnifique séjour! Hôtel magnifique, piscine superbe, personnel charmant, buffet varié et généreux! On y reviendrait sans hésiter.

My agency tried to get in touch with them for an urgent cancellation due to hospitalisation ignoring them by phone and email. Shameless and greedy!

I was very disappointed with this property. It does not feel like a hotel at all, and unfortunately I cannot recommend it. The main issue is the staff. In particular, the evening service staff were quite unpleasant. There was one lady, with dark red hair and glasses, who was especially rude and unprofessional. Overall, I did not find the staff friendly or welcoming, which really affected our experience. The only positive mention goes to Alexandra at reception, who was absolutely lovely and very helpful — I truly recommend her. However, apart from that, the rest of the staff left a lot to be desired. For this reason, I do not recommend this place at all.
