The rooms are spacious and spotless. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I cannot fault these apartments if you want a luxurious stay at a competitive price

The room was perfect, a good size, nice layout with a decent sized balcony to relax on in the mornings. The staff were always super helpful and there was somebody at reception 24/7. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for one nigh and loved it. i will become back next year. My room awesome, clean and grate set up. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and spacious. Balcony was a great addition and was nice to sit out with morning coffee or evening drink. Had an issue with the Wi-Fi which was quickly addressed by the staff and the owner. Staff was the best part, always there to assist in anyway needed with smiles on their faces.

Even though the room and bathroom were spacious, all is slightly run down. The bathroom has an awful stench coming from the drains in the floor that we tried to cover up as best we could. We also question the purpose of the hotel seeing the vast contents of the mini bar. There were also other full size bottles of alcohol available in the room for purchase as well as pot noodles and different types of condoms! Seeing the next day that there is a brothel next door with the women waiting outside made the background of this place obvious.... Would definitely not recommend or stay there again.

The balcony room was definitely worth it! Watched a few sunrises while we adjusted to the time change. AC was superb! Bathroom amenities were great. Staff was very nice and helpful with a local phone call. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs, room was a great size with a good sized balcony, very good central location for exploring and an added bonus of street market every Saturday and Sunday evenings only 20 metres away.

Tao is a great small boutique hotel (11 rooms) with the best location along the riverside. The Penthouse suite was a wonderful room with fabulous views from its balcony. The front desk team provided support and services throughout my stay that made me feel like a VIP. They helped us with transport, tours and dining reservations offering great recommendations. We also enjoyed having the La Croisette restaurant right across the street for many of our meals. If you stay over the weekend, you will have the riverside night market right at your door for great access to all the food and fun. Best of all, you get all this for a great room rate making it one of the best values around.

Just off the main esplanade area, walkable to boat rides, the Palace, shopping, food and bars. Great location. No on site laundry apparent, although the Expedia ad does note laundry facilities.

We booked the executive suite room. It was very nice and clean, very roomy, and well equipped. We generally enjoyed our stay. The hotel is right in the middle of town on a busy road at the Mekong river side. Internet at the hotel is virtually non existent, so it’s a good idea to purchase a local SIM. One thing we were disappointed about was the management complaining to us about the littlest things. That is why I gave only 3 stars for communication.
