Very nice and they made a pretty good virgin piña colada

Pull up to the front desk it wasn’t bad but that area could use a little work. The gentleman at the front desk was pretty professional. The property could use a some renovation also. Pool area was clean. Proceed to the room area I must say it was clean smell good and all I could need for a weekend getaway was there. My only problem I had is that I ask for a dueen bed and I think what I get was two double. But I’m not one for complaining so it was all good. I will definitely be going back there.

It was a good experience and the resort is in close proximity to the night life on Ocho Rios

Property is really ran down. There should be set standards established while listing properties for rent. I don’t understand how this place is even being legally operated.

Needs to pay more attention to the clean of the face basins lots of gunk in it

Mystic ridge was amazing. Im so thankful for all the great staff. Everyone was friendly. Special thanks to Philip at the front desk he was very helpful and took good care of us. Also thak you to Tino at the pool bar. He recommended restaurants nearby and made great drinks for us. Our room was clean everyday and had everything we needed. Thank you Mystic Ridge!

The room is comfortable. However its not as seen in picture in terms of decor. The painting that was to be placed on the wall was stored in the closet. The i room safe didnt work. The light over the face basin was not working. The fan and main light in the room was not working. The maintenance personnel said he would return to fix those but didnt come back. It is however a quiet property. The property itself is clean. Just the room i stayed in needs to be worked on.

This was a very impromptu booking and it was a smooth check in. The location is great. Nice clean pool and pool bar with drinks for purchase. Clean establishment. Reliable air conditioning. Onsite eats for purchase and a convenience store/shop.

Lovely comfortable room considering the price was a bargain. Lovely atmosphere and staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Wonderful and accommodating staff. This was the highlight of our trip to Jamaica. The people were amazing!

Room was ok

Everything about the place was welcoming. We stayed two weeks! The pool area was only busy once. We enjoyed a peaceful resort. The sounds of Ochi drifting up the hill to our balcony was welcoming. We drank cups of Blue Mountain coffee (we bought ourselves) every morning from it. The room had a safe but we never used it and our money and valuables were safe while we were there- which to me, is priceless peace of mind for anyone looking to book here. There are two cons that must be mentioned. 1.There is no resturaunt here, but the bar serves basic finger foods. The drinks arent fancy but they are refreshing. Delivery is allowed and we used 7Kraves app to order. The Jerk Hut isnt far and has excellent food. 2. While the resort is within walking distance of the beach and all- its on a steep hill. If you are up in age or dont have a taxi- you probably wont enjoy staying here. There are alot of concrete steps on the resort and the walk up the hill was manageable but it wore us out. Lol If you get here, figuring out where to eat that doesnt kill your budget is key. There was a man serving food out of a truck late mornings that was very good and his coffee was incredible but you could just as easily head to margaritaville for a lobster plate and pay 5x more. Excellent place for us honeymooners looking for a long active vacation spot.

This was my 2nd time staying at the hotel , really enjoyed it the staff were really nice and the environment was very relaxing. Would definitely come again for a 3rd time . Price is also reasonable.

Listen guys, please, whatever you do, don’t book this property! It’s not clean nor safe! This place is a total disaster! They hype up the reviews online for tourists. My husband and I left within hours of booking this place.. neither one of us felt comfortable being there. Let’s not talk about the stairs you have to climb!! OMG, why is this place still up and running!! It’s in desperate need of renovation.

Clean room and wonderful property

Yes the gentleman at the desk during night time was real nice and helpful.

The room was good however when booking it stated breakfast including then upon arrival the man at the check in counter say the restaurant was under construction renovation.

Wonderful resort fancy and affordable Lovely staff the guys were very handsome wanted to stay in Jamacia an extra week lol!!
