Hotel a precisar de obras com urgência, a oferta de água que o anúncio indicava só foi feita na primeira noite, algumas falhas no serviço, elevador com muitos problemas, ficámos trancados dentro do elevador 2 vezes. O pequeno almoço servido foi sempre igual, moelas, iscas, ovo estrelado, todos os dias a mesma coisa. Simpatia e atenção dos funcionários boa.

Downtown Maputo is not completely safe, but the hotel area is safe. No frills economy. The staff is very friendly and helpful.. staff A+Hotel C- or D from American standards. The best part was hot shower

Hotel confortable et bien placé dans la ville. Le personnel a été très arrangeant, disponible et extrèmement serviable. Nous recommandons cette adresse dans Maputo.

Very basic. Clean rooms, although bathrooms look a bit shabby. Air conditioning and fridge in rooms. Limited satellite with a few English-speaking channels. Staff and management spoke very little English, however did their best and were as helpful as they could be. Very friendly and polite.

I made a booking through you people and made the full payment, i got the confurmation and when i arrived there the hotel knew nothing, i had to pay again. This is not ecceptable for me, i will conntact you and if i dont get a refund i will post this on social media

the service was poor

The hotel was what I needed for the time that I was there. However I was made to feel uncomfortable nearly every time I was in the lobby area, as a local man would come in everyday and try to talk to me and say inappropriate things. None of the hotel staff did anything to combat this and so I had to stay in my room more than I had liked.

I changed middle of the night the hotel, because they had no functioning WIFI. But the hotel itself was clean, save and wellcoming. Maputo itself is a catastrophe: a capital you have to walk hours to find a supermarket. A capital with loads of not finished multy-storeys (because of corruption and lacking money). Disappointing.
