Dirty hotel with poorly organized staff in an odd area. No toilet paper, towels or soap was provided. One of the doors wouldn't close and two of the air conditioner units were broken.

My group was treated like Gold from the staff. Theo was helpful before I even got the hotel. The beach is very close, a five minute walk. It was beautiful with the sunset. The food was good and fresh. The staff was attentive, went out their way to assist us and make us comfortable. The hotel is not near the major city (like 40 mins from airport). But if you want a true African experience, I recommend staying here. You will need to get transportation to get to the market and the attractions. The staff can assist with this. You will get a better exchange rate at the market than through the hotel. I ate traditional Togolese food and even gotten french fries from Jeane's Appart Hotel. I learned this hotel is family-owned. I enjoyed my time in a new country while learning a different culture. Thank you to the staff for you care.
