Clean room, great staff and plenty of shopping around

Clean room, the house keeper was trust worthy, they wouldn’t touch anything, staff were very friendly, laundry was very reasonable price and very well done. Access to everything nearby. The manger was amazing, he was there all the time greeting people and ask if there anything can do to make our stay comfortable. Overall great service I would do it again and recommend to others.

I am pretty pleased with my stay at Yinm Furnished Apartments. Room is maintained every day and kept clean at all times. Friendly and pleasant staff that made me feel at home away from home. The laundry service is affordable and same day delivery (the only place in Addis where I received soft fabric after laundry) Excellent location; proximity to one of the best malls in the city for shopping. Within walking distance to church and mosque. All classes of restaurants within the reach. Overall, Yinm was my best experience in Addis. I will definitely book my next trip at Yinm!!

ALL YOU NEED TO HAVE AS A TRAVELER

It is a terrible Hotel. when I got the deal it was including breakfast and Airport shuttle service but I didn't get both. they deny me both. They are scam. The room they gave me bathroom is very bad. Mold in the shower and the toilet is moving and backup smell bad gives me headache. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I didn’t get then city view I paid for. Instead told there’s only one room and it’s facing a dark alleyway so had to use lights during day time. The bed smelled awful and had to get the pillows and comforter changed. This place always has cleanliness issues.

Overall the property is less than average to begin with, but it’s falling apart due to years of neglect. There are mold build ups in living rooms from the shower water leak in the bathroom sipping through the wall. The showers in the bathrooms give a gas chamber vibe - very outdated and most shower heads spraying water allover the place outside the shower. Needs immediate attention.

Considering the price, the service provided is good. And the management is very good and responsive.

The hotel was very good. The staff was friendly and efficient. The housekeeping staff did a good job with keeping the room cleaned and serviced. However the Dani Juice Bar that was associated with the hotel (providing the complimentary breakfast and offered other meals for cost) was not good. The service was extremely slow, many of the foods listed on the menu were not available. The complimentary breakfast was sparse and often took an hour to receive the food after waiting 15 minutes or more to get the attention of wait staff to take your order. For items that were not available, we were often told that we “would have to pay” for substitutions for the missing items. The service was disorganized. The food items were average in quality and taste. I would recommend the hotel but tell others to plan to have meals somewhere else and to not purchase the room to include the complimentary breakfast as it was not worth the wait.

I stayed on a business trip for 3 nights. The first studio allocated had a lot of water damage visible through the paintwork. We changed rooms and the new one (108) had several issues - leaking toilet and shower, all the sockets were loose and off the walls! There was no floor mat in the bathroom and the room phone was not working. The breakfast is ala carte so a very narrow choice and only ONE small cup of a hot beverage! The staff are friendly and try to please. There’s Laphto Mall right next door and the location is accessible to most amenities. This facility needs maintenance urgently otherwise it may fall apart.

Service was amazing. So was breakfast. The ONLY complaint we have was cleanliness of the bathroom. I would stay there again and every single staff we interacted with was helpful and went the next step to meet our feeds.

Staff were very friendly. Great location next to Laphto mall which has also has a gym, swimming, pool, cinema, bowling alley, sports bar, restaurant, supermarket, and a variety of shops. The property advertises a gym, but it's not finished yet. The restaurant menu is served in the cafe. The food is very good, including the breakfast which was included. I travel to Addis several times a year and will be staying here again as it meets my needs and is close to the institute I work with.

This is a great place to stay that is centrally located in the city and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance.

The apartment is new and spacious. The food is tasty, but the breakfast has very limited option. The Sauna and gym do not work.

The hotel is next door to Laphto Mall, therefore very convenient for shopping. Wifi was not good in my first room. After I was changed to a new room, it functions, although very slow sometimes. Breakfast is limited, but ok. The lunch and dinner dishes are tasty, better than many restaurants in Addis..
