Private parking, great restaurant and bar, staff is friendly and very help-full.

En general cómodo, bonito y bien. Solo detalles…toallas en mal estado aún que si se perciben limpias, las sábanas no eran de cajón por ende se desacomodaba, no cuentan con cafetera. Al alberca y jardín preciosos. Aún que está helada el agua. Pero lo más incómodo fue la gerente, al hacer una pregunta contestó de manera agresiva y no se tomó la molestia por escucharme. El resto del personal muy amable en todo momento.

It's fine, but for the price charged, at least need to have more things in the room, like mini fridge, coffe maker.

I just wanted to talk about our stay here. I'm feeling really frustrated about it. The room we got is pretty bad - right by the street and the car noise is unbearable. The lighting is way too bright day and night, making sleep impossible. The noise from other rooms is overwhelming. On top of that, the internet isn't working at all! Can you believe it? And the sheets are freezing cold, the mattress feels awful. It's been a really terrible experience. The staff was not friendly.

Since you go in the hotel every looks clean you get greeted by a nice person and once walking in the room it is very clean everything in it’s proper place I just had wonderful time would definitely recommend it and would stay there again

I loved the place, really clean and the staff was great very curtious ! I would definately go back.

Property is really nice, you can see the attention to detail everywhere you look. Although I did not eat at the restaurant, some of my fellow family members who also stayed at the hotel at the same time I did said it was delicious. Beds were clean and very comfortable, shower is amazing, great water pressure and continuous hot water. The only con I could find was that the hotel seems to have a lot of maintenance issues going on, maybe they're short staffed, I don't know. A couple of my relatives had to move rooms because some of their doors wouldn't close. My room had issues as well but I managed to make it work. However, if you do need to move, Staff is pretty friendly and quick to accommodate. So I wouldn't worry at all. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in Tecate.
