I was the only guest in the hotel, which was apparently under some renovation. Terrible service with literally everything not functioning (water, electricity, safe, kitchen) and limited staff. Monkeys kept sneaking into my room (by actually opening the windows themselves) and messing my stuff despite complaining about the same to management. The hotel should not have been listed as available to guests!

Very poor WiFi , need a taxi to go to most places , beach is 10 minutes n walk

Une catastrophe! Je n'ai jamais vu une chambre en si mauvais état. Salle de bain crade. Les draps pas changés. J'ai du faire un scandale pour qu'on me change les draps. L'hotel le plus glauque ou j'ai séjourné de ma vie, les photos sur le site ne sont pas du tout représentatives. Regardez les miennes

Lotfa is a great place, quiet, serene, beautiful and very very clean. The pool is also clean. I love it and commend the place to anyone
