The hotel was extremely clean. The food was excellent with a huge selection at breakfast. The staff were outstanding and we couldn’t have been looked after any better. My only criticism was the lack of utensils and tea/ coffee in the room. There were no teaspoons and only 1 knife and fork. I would recommend the Palmeiras.

Pleasant stay with friendly staff

Airport transfer to the hotel was a no-show. Had to ask for hangers (closet). Otherwise, great service, friendly staff.

Lovely Experience, excellent stay

This is a great hotel with good service. Nice and clean. Only issue is to pay with credit card in some occasions. Not the fault of the hotel though. Would stay again.

Quite new facilities, good location in Talatona, very friendly staff. Suites are spacious with the convenience of a small kitchen and separate TV room. Room service 24h, bar & restaurant, gym. Fair price.

Surprisingly better than some 5-star hotels in Luanda.

I book a queen bed room’and get a single double bed. Not serious, and nobody helps me ! They just said it was fully booked what is not acceptable!

루안다가 전반적으로 대중교통을 이용하게 어렵고 치안이 좋지 않은데 여기도 콜택시만 이용가능함. 주위 치안은 아주 좋음
