This room was above a busy restaurant which served excellent food and the staff were immensely friendly and accommodating. The room was absolutely beautiful - lovely decor and spotlessly clean. It was sooo quiet. There was no noise from the restaurant or the road outside. Parking was very easy. I just loved everything about it. The meal was fantastic.

The venue was pristine. The quality of finish of the rooms was outstanding. The property was quiet and the breakfast was lovely and relaxed.

Lovely warm welcome, beautiful room, clean and spacious, lovely shower etc. Good parking and delicious, plentiful breakfast. Would stay again!

Spotless boutique room, fabulous features and great decor.

The location of this restaurant with rooms appeared to be quite out of the way, with few other things close by. The room was highly stylised & made a strong first impression, however not hugely practical. We had dinner, the food was excellent although the service was personal it wasn’t very efficient.

Staff couldn’t do enough to help us. The room was impeccable quality. Our bed was comfortable, we loved the huge bath tub in the room and the welcome gifts and coffee machine added a nice touch. The only minor issues we found, was the room was extremely cold on arrival, however the room had its own thermostat which we were able to increase and quickly warm up the room. The automatic lights in the toilet and wash area were inconvenient in the middle of the night but easy to block out by closing the doors. Our breakfast was delicious. Again the breakfast staff were fantastic. A beautiful hotel, we will definitely stay again.

Absolutely STUNNING. Amazing decor, comfortable beds, gorgeous little details like lamps made from North Sea chain.

Everything was as I would expect. Really well presented with lots of little things to make it.

We booked the Aston Suite which was stunning. The quality and attention to detail was faultless. Great view over the Lune and a short walk into central Lancaster. Highly recommended and will stay again.

The staff went above and beyond when we were running late to ensure we were able to get into our room. They even deep cleaned my room before arrival to assist with my potential allergies. It really made our stay wonderful. I can most definitely recommend! Only note to be aware is the bedrooms are upstairs and you need to be able to carry your bags up to them.

Great spot. Good food options nearby and at the hotel.
