The front desk personnel provided excellent service ,demonstrating both expertise and and personal demeanor.

Nasty and unsafe

The property is well maintained. There was a slight problem with the lock but the management took care of it instantly. The reception was also very helpful in getting me a taxi to Kingston for the right price. Overall a very good experience.

Place was quiet, clean, comfy and well kept. Also helpful to have 24 hr security. Only concern was the bathroom still had a lot of stray hairs.

Convenient

The staffs were amazing, environmental friendly my problem was not having any hot warm in the bathroom. So its a 9 for me.

Clean, and spacious. The staff, Sabrina and Sasha were very helpful. Also the cook served a very nice Jamaican breakfast. My stay was exactly what I needed. A nice beach close by would have been ideal. Thanks guys!

Very nice, modern, clean and friendly

Our stay was amazing.. lovely staff.. Breakfast was excellent The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained , Such a peaceful , safe and quiet environment. The rooms look exactly like what is being displayed online.. very clean and fresh We would definitely go back again🎉

Excellent customer service. Check-in was quick, great breakfast options and well kept outdoor space including the pool. Friendly staff. I felt at home away from home.

Great place to stay

We found the staff to be warm and welcoming. Property was neat and clean. Rooms reasonably priced. Did not like the 200 $ (USD) security deposit required at check in however.
