The desk clerk was very friendly, and explained the parking situation (no parking at the hotel). She was also very accommodating and gave us a room on the 3rd floor, which was very quiet, as my wife had a medical procedure done the next morning at a nearby medical facility. Rooms are very nicely designed, clean and quiet. Great place!

Unique hotel with convenient access in downtown Phoenix

I liked the walking to multiple coffee shops and restaurants. The roof top bar was nice and i liked being offered what floor I wanted because of the roof to bar.

Great location for what we needed, comfortable and clean, the blackout curtain was incredible as well!

As much as I don't wanna write bad reviews, I will have to. I requested maid service yesterday dnd asked personally the housekeeper to clean the room ,bring some towels and some coffee pods and creamers. When I came in the evening, the room was not clean no towels no coffee pods. I asked the receptionist and she said someone will bring up shortly.Nobody came.The next morning I requested at least to get a coffee pods,cups and creamers and and all I got was two coffee pods standing by the door. I called again and the receptionist started giving me attitude and hung up twice on me. So not professional and will never stay again.

We liked the welcoming vibes as you check-in. The staff were energetic and helpful. The hotel and rooms smell good and clean.

El hotel en general en buenas condiciones. No cuenta con estacionamiento y tiene una propiedad a una cuadra adecuada como estacionamiento pero cuesta 45 dlls el servicio de ballet parking.

Very cool, aesthetically pleasing hotel in a great location and also within walking distance to a lot of cool local Phoenix spots. Price wise, you could get a better hotel more in the heart of downtown Phoenix for about $30-$40 more and be closer to a lot more things and more than likely get a better room. I appreciate the check out time being at 12PM but I don’t like staying in a room that didn’t feel very clean (towels smelling really weird and bare minimum cleaning) also a lot of damage and lack of maintenance and care from the hotel. I have mixed feelings on this stay but bottom line is, I would have spent more money at another close hotel. Photos definitely do not match what you would get

Hotel is nice and has convenient things like onsight restaurant, gym and valet parking but it does not have a swimming pool or parking garage. Room was nice and price was one of the cheapest and location was close to chase field and bars and restaurants. Lyft to Chase field $3 to $6 dollars. Worth the stay if your not looking to go swimming.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the many restaurants, breweries, coffee places within blocks of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only reason we did not give it five stars was the bathroom plumbing was worn - the shower head had hard water deposits and limited flow. Otherwise, a great stay.
