O Bluebell Hotel é uma excelente opção de hospedagem. Hotel muito bem cuidado, limpo e confortável, com ambiente tranquilo e acolhedor. A equipe é atenciosa e a estadia foi extremamente agradável, fazendo com que a experiência em Bratislava fosse ainda melhor. Recomendo com certeza.

Great location, clean and friendly

Hotel tres bien situé a 2 minutes de la gare routière et de la vieille ville. Nous avons pu déposer nos valises avant le check in et pour le départ on nous a proposé avant de même de demander de garder nos bagages

The hotel was very clean and warm, cosy. Staff friendly and helpful.

Room was ok. On the last day, there was an accident and there was no water but it seemed to have been repaired fairly fast after we checked out. It was near a Christmas market. Overall it would have been 5/5 if not for some nuisance hotel guests who banged loudly on the property's entrance at 1am to the point our door on the 2nd floor rattled. This woke and scared us terribly :( the police came to resolve the issue but I think there should be better precautions like a hotline for late night customers (there is no 24h reception)

The lady at the lobby was very kind and helpful, and the room itself was much better than we expected. It's perfectly located if you are planning to walk around the city. I would recommend 100% stay at the BlueBell Hotel

Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. A fantastic location and breakfast was very good. Would happily recommend. Easy to get to from the main train station catching the number 1 tram.

Zero parking. Staff made me walk through the rain to correct a problem that they made instead of coming to my room. Found bug in my bed. Wifi is on and off.
