Not enough items in the room . If you need a tooth kit & shaving kit, you need to call & ask. this a 5 star holte every thing should be available. The TV was not working properly. Break fast was good The staff in receiption & breakfast area were very polite & helpful.

Godt hotel, brugte ikke nogen faciliteter.

Good (enough) stay at central, but slightly dated hotel. Bathroom pipes/ plumbing smelt horrendous which made it hard to appreciate cleanliness. Great spa facilities. Polite staff. Good food, though it takes close to 45min to be served and I got incessant calls at close to midnight from the restaurant to shout at me that they couldn't read the writing on my bill. Stay for the the Friday night live music by the pool.

I only had problems with the mattress, which is too hard.

Great! We arrived early in the morning and were able to use the pool free of charge while waiting for the rooms and we were also upgraded to large suits. Very friendly throughout.

Beautiful room, great breakfast and easy access to ferry

The front office staff were unprofessional and made the check-in and check-out process unnecessarily difficult for me.

Hotel is wonderful. The walk from the ferry across the street was a crowded pushy jumble. Was relieved to enter the beautiful, quiet hotel. Saturday barbecue buffet was great as was breakfast. A big step up from our Serengheti tent!

Hotel was fantastic. Great service, great gym. The city itself was not so much our thing. Not much todo.

The services was amazing, Emmanuel was a really good receptionist and attended to all our needs. I exceptionally loved the gym and sauna too. Dining experience was fantastic.
