It's a pretty reasonable hotel with good food and a very convenient location in the downtown area of Ulaanbaatar.

Ulaanbaatar hat mich nicht vom Hocker gehauen. 1 bis 2 Tage sind mehr als genug. Das hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und bietet eine gute Basis. Personal sehr nett.

Great value and location. Staff and housekeeping did not speak English very well.

スタッフの対応が分かりやすく、夜遅いチェックインにも関わらず良い対応をしてくれました。 部屋は壁のひび割れなど多少の老朽化はあるものの、天井が高くて狭苦しくなくリラックスできました。 また、ベットや水周りはとても清潔でお湯も問題なく出るので十分に使うことができます。 アメニティもスリッパやコームなど、充実しており満足です。 壁やドアが薄いのか、他の宿泊客の声が聞こえるので私がドライヤーを使う時、他の宿泊客に迷惑がかかっていないか不安になりました。 朝食はトーストやヨーグルト、フルーツやサラダもありとても満足です。また、1番奥のカウンターでお好みのスクランブルエッグを作って貰うことができます。私はきのことチーズのスクランブルエッグにしましたがそのようなライブキッチン的なサービスがあるのはとても良いと思います。ただ席数が少ないので早めに行くのが良いと思います。 また、チェックアウト後でもフロント横のオフィスで荷物を預かってもらえるのがとても助かりました。

Very good food - not “Hotel Food”!

古いホテルだが、部屋もきちんとしていて便利で良い。ただ、日本行きの便は早朝に出ないといけないので、先に精算して部屋で時間を潰そうとしたが、部屋にまで男性スタッフが付いて来て、私と一緒に部屋に入りこみ、部屋中のチェックをされた。男性スタッフはワイシャツをズボンの外に出しっぱなしのだらしない格好で、言葉も通じないし、とても怖かった。

A very nice hotel to stay at for a reasonable price. The location is great. Most of the main tourist spots are walkable from the hotel. Close to several shopping centers with good choices in food. Enjoyed by stay at the hotel.

I'm not happy with my stay.. the room was non smoking but smelt like cigarettes.. the shower and bed also sucked. The staff were very rude, like frowning at me with a resting bi*ch face and speaking to me as if I was a child and kept asking me what room I was staying in as if I didn't belong there.. The only staff who spoke respectfully and smiled maybe a little was the managers. I could hear the family next door through the walls.. The breakfast was good but again rude staff... ohh then when I went to check out they like required me to stay and wait in the lobby until the security officer checked my room, which caused my taxi to wait and overcharge me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Never again will I stay here. It's not worth the cost mainly due to the horrible treatment from staff. I expect to have high quality service when I stay in hotels.
