Facilities like telephone and air-conditioning were in poor condition.

Gracious helpful staff. Comfortable clean well appointed rooms. Conveniently located walking distance to Oxford Street.

I definitely will not recommend. It’s an old property and it’s not exactly close to major busy areas

Non-working shower head

Bad services. It shows free airport pickup but they would never pick u up.

The were small cockroaches in the room. Specifically room 101. I wasn’t also informed on how to reach for room service. Kindly work on these. Aside these the place was nice and very conducive.

Felt a bit uncomfortable that the windows wouldn't lock. The accommodation is walled in with an electric fence but that doesn't help if someone is already in the property.

Our stay was for a short time. Everything was good and could have been perfect if the fish served at the restaurant wasn’t too dry. The food was tasty. The price was a little bit expensive at the restaurant. The breakfast menu was good.

Arrived at night. It took nearly 20 minutes before the gate man awoke andnopened the gate. Rooms are dated. Inly plus point was the breakfast

Everything was excellent

The property was neat and properly kept. The only disappointment was with my bed in Room 102. It was uneven and it kept me from having a sound sleep. The Breakfast was awesome and staff was very friendly.
