Das Hotel war super. Das Frühstück lecker. Wir hatten zwar ein eher dunkles Zimmer, war aber bei der Hitze nicht schlimm. Alles sauber, Klimaanlage super. Ist zu empfehlen

Hotel bem localizado, pertinho da Praça do Comércio. Equipe extremamente cordial, profissional e super atenciosa às necessidades dos hóspedes. Café da manhã com tudo fresco e bem preparado. Quarto acolhedor, com cortinas black-out para garantir uma boa noite de sono. Banheiro com amenidades e um chuveiro com excelente pressão de água. Enfim, tive uma experiência incrível de hospedagem. Meu agradecimento especial a todos que fazem parte dessa equipe simpática.

Great staff - friendly and helpful. We had a basic double room which was compact but pleasant. Nice modern bathroom with shower cubicle. Kettle provided in the room but no mini bar fridge. Free coffee and cakes downstairs all day. Nice cheerful vibe to the hotel. Good location close to cathedral.

Loved our stay at Urbano Hotel. It really lives up to its reputation as just like home. Very clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and there were always drinks and cake available.

This appears to be a relatively new hotel and is very fresh and clean. The room was quite small but well equipped and comdortable except for lack of space for our luggage. Breakfast was included, but it had to be scheduled and was rather late in the morning for us. The locatrion is very good and overall we had a positive experience.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, very good location! We stayed in two different rooms. Room 26 was nice and quiet, ample space. Our second stay we were in room 2. The room was very small and very noisy. It was facing the street. Closing the window did not make a difference. I highly recommend this hotel, but be aware of the noise if you are facing the street

My particular room was on the internal side of the hotel so the view was that of the building on the other side, which was being renovated and therefore rather ugly; thankfully we were too busy to look out the window much but a warning would have been nice! Apart from that, very nice staff and extremely good continental breakfast (possibly my best in 10 years!). Great location and the tram stops nearby.
